Truly a dream-come-true wedding floral experience!!

We hired Wild Banksia to do the flowers for our wedding back in October and I cannot not say enough wonderful things about Anna and how she runs her business! Not to mention the beautiful flowers. It was a Saturday wedding so I secured our date with her a several months in advance and then as our event developed, she worked with me on the exact scope and costs. Anna is easy to communicate with, she has produced flowers for dozens of weddings, and took care of literally everything from quantities to colors to flower types to delivery logistics, with minor input needed from us! A dream come true when you are busy coordinating and planning your own wedding.

All of these other glowing reviews are spot on - Wild Banksia prioritizes sustainable local flower farmers, high quality blooms, and has a playful style that was a bright, beautiful addition to our day!! We opted for all local, seasonal blooms and I think the photos speak for themselves 🙂 Thank you, Anna and team!

She is a talented florist when it comes to arranging a wide range in variety while also displaying the special qualities about each individual bloom. Anna did an amazing job with the flowers for our wedding. She was so incredibly kind and flexible, and really went above and beyond with making our dreams come true. We were doing a rainbow color scheme for our napkins, and without us even asking she specially arranged the flowers in the bud vases to coordinate with the napkin color layout. Our bouquets were stunning, and she even made me some dried floral earrings to wear which I got complimented on nonstop. If you want fresh local flowers and a friendly, laid-back florist, this is the spot.

I’m a plant nerd, so when I saw the name Wild Banksia, I was curious…. Iv ordered two bouquets now. One was for a friend’s store opening and the other an engagement party. On both occasions, I told them to take artistic liberty and do their thing. STUNNING! Such a special treat!!! Beyond expectation! We are so lucky to have this local/cool florist in our Capitola/Santa Cruz area!
