Just had our first experience with Westfalls after hiring them on Monday to take over our lawn, ornamental, and pest control. While I can't speak to results yet, I am happy to report that the communication has been as good as we have ever had with a company that provides these services. Both Nate and Ryan were cordial, clear about what they were going to do today and why, and did what they said they would do. Also, they discussed what to expect in the next visit and going forward. They also said written reports would be provided about what is done with each visit and instructions for adjusting irrigation schedules, if needed, will be provided. So far so good. Thanks, Ryan and Nate!

Update. Just had our second service and what has impressed us so far is everything they are doing is well communicated to us. Also, Ryan came to the door to explain exactly why he will return tomorrow for something he noticed today. And of course, brings us to the third visit by Ryan this morning when he did exactly what he said he would do and communicated with us upon arrival. They call ahead to let us know they are coming, and communicate wonderfully. We are hopeful that their treatments will result in gardens and lawns as great as their communication so far.

Pest service. Just had our first pest service yesterday by Matt. Matt communicated well with us and did a thorough coverage of our home. Thank you, Matt!

Westfalls saved my lawn. Community landscapers and armadillos had destroyed the back yard and the front yard wasn’t far behind. Westfalls is worth every dollar because they saved me from needing to resod. Techs are always very personable and answer any question I have. Definitely 5 stars for me.

Crystal, a Westfall Lawn and Pest Control staff member, has provided outstanding customer service these past couple of weeks. After reading rave reviews, we have recently switched our pest control services to Westfall. From the moment I called, Crystal has been very helpful and responsive. We definitely feel heard and taken care of. Crystal's work ethic is incredible and rare in these days and times-- actively communicating at 6:30 AM and returning messages at 7 PM. Today, Crystal truly went Above and Beyond: she immediately drove a long way to get to our property and personally solved a relatively minor pest control issue that had just been reported by our short- term renters. I have rarely, if ever, encountered the Customer Service that Crystal and Westfall have shown my family. Crystal is an exemplary employee and truly cares about her company's employees and their pest control needs. If I could give more than 5 stars to Crystal and Westfall Lawn and Pest Control, I would!

Had 3 treatments for German roaches didn't feel like they were gone then you sent Joe Smith he went through the kitchen pulling out appliances and setting traps. He told me not to worry and came back the next week to check. I was very thankful and reassured.

Jonathan and Nicholas were fantastic. They were both understanding of our issues and needs, and made sure to take care of everything thoroughly. Both were friendly, and took into consideration our experiences instead of strictly following protocol when we were still having a problem after a week. I appreciate how they listens to our needs and put together a plan of action based on what we said.

I recently saw a group of these gentlemen at lunch, and their character truly impressed me. They prayed before their meal, which spoke volumes about their values and integrity. While I haven't used their pest control services yet, their demeanor alone makes me feel confident that they'd do a great job. It's refreshing to see such admirable qualities.
