Called Waterworks and spoke with Mike about coming out to fix our garbage disposal. He diagnosed the problem over the phone with me so not only helped me fix it right away but explained what I needed to do to fix it without charging us at all! Great honest company! We highly recommend! Thanks Mike you will be my first call with all other plumbing needs!!

These guys are the best! I was given the run around from Manatee County's totally inept staff. Mike the GM actually answers the phone. Good luck getting a call back or speaking with anyone at other backflow providers. Don't make a mistake. Go with Waterworks and not anyone else.

Overall, Outstanding! I Highly Recommend!

Courteous and prompt service.

I placed a call at 8 in the morning and within 3 hours my leak was fixed without any extra or hidden fees.

With the previous company, which was arranged by the former home owner, I am still waiting for an emailed quote, not even a service date, after 5 days and 3 phone calls.

This is a business with integrity and the person who fixed my leak had a positive and very helpful attitude.

I'm new to the state of Florida. He took an extra measure to give me some helpful information regarding my irrigation, which was not related to the service call. He went beyond and I'm very grateful.

Water Works has earned a new customer today and I am very pleased.

I used WaterWorks for the back flow testing at my place of business. I also have them scheduled to test the ones at my house. Customer service, response time and explanations were bar none!! Mike is not only an honest man with integrity but an absolute pleasure to deal with. With other companies/industries I could barely get someone to respond to a call or a text.
I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

Called company to complete the annual inspection for backflow. No testing completed. Month later I made three calls - no answer. Fourth call Mike answered - yes we are on the inspection schedule. Waterworks has not showed up. Have left four more voicemails...no response. Called Manatee County to verify the company is still performing Backflow Testing. Manatee County reported they are still a registered testing service. The least the company can do is tell customer we will not complete the testing. Update - Second edit on this review. Company has not communicated with client but it appears the testing may have been completed on the day before default. Can't tell by the punches in test card. Hoping test has been reported if completed and there are no underlying causes for this companies service. Update - Third edit on this review. Have now received an invoice from company for valve testing service and the Testing Fee is VERY VERY reasonable. Hope the company stays in business and continues our backflow testing.

Don't waste your time. Reached out 3 weeks in advance of our backflow test deadline, and was assured it would be completed within the following week. They never came by the following week. Followed up multiple times via text/call and was ghosted.

Dealing with Manatee Water Dept is a pain...BUT dealing with this Waterworks business in Bradenton is a very pleasant experience. I needed a backflow valve checked and repaired. They fixed it and got it passed by Manatee county in one day! Saved me from all the water dept's hassles. Years ago I used another local plumbing service and after 4 trips to my property (no joke) they still could not get the backflow right! These people at Waterworks do what they say.

Being a first-time homeowner there are a lot of lessons that I am learning regularly regarding the proper maintenance of a home. Yesterday I learned a hard lesson when my water was shut off due to apparent non-compliance with Manatee County’s rules surrounding the repair of one of my backflow preventers. This situation put my wife in a panic as she was home with our 2 year old daughter and no running water. I was concerned because the water was shut off in the afternoon and none of the MANY phone calls that I placed to County-approved contractors were being answered or returned. The County offices were about to close and I was worried that we would end up not having water through the night. However, Mike from The Waterworks Plumbing in NW Bradenton came to save the day. He was the one person who picked up the phone that afternoon, and his customer service was stellar. He listened to my concerns and quickly got on the road to reach me even though it was rush hour and already past his company’s typical business hours. He worked very efficiently in repairing the damaged backflow preventer, answered all of my questions in a polite manner, and gave me an incredibly competitive price despite having to use some of his own parts and having to work after hours. I did not have a check on me at the time and he told me not to worry about it, that he would send me an invoice later. He just wanted to make sure that my family and I had our water back. I was really impressed by Mike, his knowledge, his customer service, and his willingness to help. I will definitely use him again and I recommend him to anyone who needs prompt and professional service.
