DO NOT MOVE HERE. Water has been off for OVER 24 hours, due to “secondary leaks in the main water line.” This isn’t the first time either. I would also like to add that a leasing apartment cannot leave a tenet without water for 24 hours. This is completely illegal at this point. No water means the warranty of habitability is breached.
Update: 2 building have been left with no running water for over 3 days. They have offered no compensation and no solution. They are “waiting for the glue to dry.” The Elmer’s glue I used in elementary school would have done just fine.

Honestly I have had nothing the greatest experiences moving into this place. The management team is just top-notch beyond anything I have ever experienced. Even the HOA people are just absolutely the most wonderful and friendly people ever. Last night our refrigerator went out and we called the maintenance team and not only did they respond immediately with inside of an hour, they even replaced the entire refrigerator that night. I couldn't believe that that happened although I should expect it from Juan and Rodolfo as they are the best and friendliest maintenance people ever. If you are looking for a place to live and settle, this is by far the best place to move to.

I've had my issues regarding my parking spot, but they have implemented a few barrier to prevent my car from getting hit(now they are hitting the barriers);The parking spot just shouldn't be.
Besides that, the staff from the leasing office and maintenance team and cleaning staff are amazing, responsive, and attentive.

I been living here for 4 months. I love my apartment. It’s a 1/1. Spacious. New appliances. The gym could use more equipment but it’s nice and open 24 hours. I love that the security man walks in and out the buildings all through the parking garage as well. I wish there was more parking available for guest on 6th floor that’s my biggest annoyance for when I have family over. I love the way trash is set up, multiple pools, basketball court & my neighbors are all kind everything is near. I’ve never had any issues with my unit. They always email us to update us on things and I love that. It’s expensive to live here but I think it’s worth the price especially with everything being downstairs or 5-10 min walk if that from me as well as 95. Banks, stores, restaurants, bars, are all close in range. I love it here as of now.

The apartment is nice for the most part. The management team is not the best. I lived in Santorini before and that was a much better experience. There is a painting project going on that has had one entrance to the parking garage blocked for months which is a HUGE inconvenience. There are constant traffic jams at the gate between delivery drivers etc. They started work this weekend at 7:45a. Pretty infuriating to go out on a Saturday night to be woken up that early on a weekend. Elevators constantly broken. Had a neighbor with an aggressive dog that lunged at me and they said they can't do anything.

We scheduled an appointment through the website to come see the place. After 3 email confirmations, we showed up and no one was at the front door. The email had a phone number that was disconnected. Lacey who was walking out took some time to schedule us a new appointment for the weekend with Laurie. Received an email confirmation and when we showed up, Laurie said the appointment was not there. After two failed attempts and an inside look of how this place is run, I do not recommend. If they can't manage appointments to sell you on the place, how is this gonna be if you live there?
