I am an owner here and the new HOA is fantastic. There was a leak on roof and roof was repaired immediately and a damp spot in my apt ceiling . Roof was fixed and my ceiling was repaired and covered 100% by HOA. Gate entrance immediately fixed by HOA which is monitored by a virtual doorman. This a beautiful area and the grounds are meticulous.

We have owned a condo unit for 4 yrs now. It was nice when we first moved in. Had a gate that worked. Had a security guard 24 7. Only a couple of children. BUT NOW new management with no working gate most of the time. No security guard to watch over all the children that have nothing to do but play on cars , our air conditioning unit and broke most of the sprinker heads off . So we have sand geysers sending sand across the sidewalks. Don't think we'll be staying very much longer. Time to sell and run.

If you have health issues, this place doesn't help at all. We've been here a month & have had to clean out mold from dishwasher, sinks, tubs, drains, vents etc. The main water gets shut off for over 6 hrs at a time without a timely warning, very unsanitary. The children vandalize the vehicles in parking lot with balls, toys, skates, bags full of trash, throw their ice cream/milkshakes all over vehicles & encourage each other to bully the crippled/disabled. There is no safe space to park any vehicles, the kids make sure to mark each vehicle that parks in THEIR parking lot. I really hope parents would actually parent. I wish that the landlords actually cared about the health of their tenants by having mold removal before new tenants moved in after paying first, last & security deposit. But this is the new reality for renters now... Our health doesn't matter here or anywhere else, so good luck & God bless... Because only God can help us now.

The front of our condo was in bad need of a fresh, landscape update. After bringing it to the attention of the property manager, Liz and her team, set out to update the grounds. The end result was outstanding! Beautiful, new crepe myrtle trees at the entrance, various dessert grass, a gorgeous planter, and fresh mulch!! There will be another phase to the side of the building in a few more weeks! The property is on a corner and is visible on three sides.

Liz, you and your team outdid yourselves in this project!! This beautifies the property and the community as a whole. I hope other condo associations here decide to upgrade their landscaping too, especially since the sprinkler system has been updated and is fully functional. Terra Management is fortunate to have you!! Thank you!!!

Been living here for a year and it’s okay house but the kids and parents of those kids are horrible. The kids think all cars are theirs. I’ve had kid draw on my car and my neighbors cars, jump in out and under my husbands truck, and now sitting on suvs. Hope they keep doing it since I have cameras and will be filing a report.
