I recently purchased two stunning arrangements from Venus et Fleur at Westfield Topanga and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through the selection process and helping me choose the perfect arrangements for my two special gifts. The flowers themselves are absolutely beautiful and have lasted much longer than I expected, thanks to the special preservation process used by Venus et Fleur.

The attention to detail and quality of the arrangements is truly top-notch, and the overall aesthetic of the store is luxurious and inviting. Their 48 hour policy to report damaged products is too short of a window and should be included in the email or listing. I was not able to exchange an item that arrived severely cracked and dull.

I ordered the rose wine stopper and the le mini square as birthday gifts for a friend. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to meet her until 5 days after delivery. When she opened it, we immediately noticed that the stopper was duller than the images and there were multiple cracks around almost every rose with 2 being on petals. I at first thought it was unfinished. It was only after I used the chat feature to ask about a possible exchange that I was told of the 48 hour policy of reporting damaged items. The quality team and the polite customer service rep I spoke to, both responded that they wouldn’t replace the item because I reported it outside of the 48 hour window. This policy is not listed in the product’s description, in the return policy, in any of the emails about my order, or in any of the cards that came with the items. From what I could see, the policy is only stated once on their website. For such a short window to report damage, it should be more easily accessible, like on the order confirmation email. I also offered to pay for shipping the broken item back and the shipping to receive a new one but was told nothing could be done outside of the 48 hour policy. Again, had I been informed of the policy at any point during the purchase, I would have checked the moment I got it.
Despite how vibrant and beautiful the le mini square looked and smelled, this experience is greatly disappointing for me and my friend. For the price, the quality and service were not up to par. I wouldn’t risk ordering online as a gift for someone.

For $400 the box was damaged the note card was just thrown in the box and the roses were very small and barely bloomed was not satisfied with the look, they did smell great and the vase was beautiful however the roses did not look like the roses online seemed like the package was rushed half of the clear rose covers were off upon opening. I have been too busy to call and complain but this just was in the text message. I was excited to get these for my birthday but they are not worth the price. My roses should be full and bigger like the pictures I get roses very frequently for many years these are some of the smallest I’ve seen. I posted some white roses next to the pink forever roses and u can see how small they are. Just tried to call but it said I have 48hrs so I’m sure that’s why they have that policy because from what I see others have been having the same problem.

Had a problem with the quality of our order and they did nothing. You spent $400 on roses and they give you nothing back no replacement no nothing! I have ordered from them numerous times before, but this last order was the last one for me. All of the bouquets I’ve gotten before have never had torn petals And literally falling off. I am very disappointed in this product and how the company handled this!
EDIT!!! A marketing manager by the name of Megan reached out and sent me a full replacement!!! This is the way it should’ve been handled to begin with but kudos to her going above and beyond. This relationship between Venus et Fleur and myself has been restored! Thank you very much Megan! She also overnighted my product!! Thank you Megan!!

I’ve ordered a large eternity rose arrangement years ago from the same company and it was well packaged and beautiful. Unfortunately this time around the arrangement I received was truly disappointing. The arrangement was poorly packed and not secure in the package so the flowers came completely face down and smashed, I lost a lot of the flowers just trying to get it out of the box. The flowers were sent overnight from the east coast to Arizona in a 110 degree July with no ice so the flowers look wilted and dry. Also the vase the flowers came in was already stained. Do not recommend, sadly it seems like this company’s products standards have gone way down!

Pictures explains itself .. mind you the first time i ordered it, it arrived like the first two pictures. I reached out to customer service and the sent me another one.. the second one arrived and it still was damaged.. for this to be almost $200 i expected WAY BETTER QUALITY. I reached back out to customer service and they told me in order to get my money back i have to send them a picture of both items together.. I THREW THE FIRST ONE AWAY! WHY WOULD I KEEP IT IF ITS DESTROYED! I’m so annoyed by this whole experience because i have gotten items from them before and this was the first time it came like this. I thought the 2nd shipment would have been decent at least but no..
