I had a question on a business license and called/left voicemails multiple times over the course of 5 days. Never heard anything back until I finally found an email address and tried contacting them that way. Finally received an email and a phone call shortly after.

I was told the winter is a very busy time for them, so email is best when trying to contact someone. My question was answered, but I'm still not super impressed with the lack of "customer service".

You guys ought to be audited for your shady business practices. You bully certain companies and then lie about what your rules and regulations are and what you decide to enforce depending on the man and the situation. CORRUPTION AT ITS FINEST!!!! This department must be democrat run....

UDAF and HD in Utah is becoming just like all the other dept's in other over regulated nightmare cities. They claim to be fully supportive of small business while harassing, intimidating and other forms of heavy handed bureaucratic policies.
I would also assume the 5 stars are employees trying to prop up the Dept they work for.
Petty power tripping $15 per hour Village Napolians.

Ran into almount Robert here in st George. He stopped me to check pesticides. I noticed some body going into my trailer. I thought I was getting robbed. I went up to him and he asked me for my pesticide license I said I don't need one I have someone spray my property's once a month I had a jug of round up but it was full of water and had a sprayer that had soap and water in it. He got all mad and was swearing at me saying I am a spoiled kid and make the world the way it is now. Just because I have a 60,000 dollar truck and he was saying he had a old truck.he is a joke he cussed me out called me names and wrote me a ticket for nothing. So I signed his ticket and got into my truck and rolled my window up and he tried to open it and knocking at my window so I rolled it down and he said I need to f* salute him because he served are country. I filled a complaint and haven't heard back from them they said I would receive a letter never have going on 3 months there a joke and have the worst guy with no training harassing people so he can look good to his boss. This needs to be addressed ASAP

They are such a waste of time and tax money. They came into my mattress store and they want to fine me up to $55,000 because the tags on the mattresses from my manufactures are not made right. There is only 1/4" between the edge of the tag and the words. There needs to be 1/2". REALLY That is your complaint. Go waste your time somewhere else.
