Don’t pay the vet the fee to submit the travel health certificate. Mail your signed rabies and health certificate with an prepaid envelope addressed to yourself and a money order for 38 dollars to this address and they will fill it out and return it in as little as a day. Some of these vets wildin out with 200 dollars in fees for a service that you can do yourself. The vet office straight lied on the phone telling me the government raised the price! It’s still 38 dollars don’t be fooled! The employees here are efficient and helpful in telling me this.
Be aware before hand that if you’re going to Latin America or India or China or anywhere on the list of nations not approved by the current administration because of rabies restrictions you will not get a stamp this is to avoid you having to leave your pet in that nation when you try to re-enter and has nothing to do with their service. Do your research you are responsible for yourself and your pet. This is a new restriction in the last two years not a mistake made by the people here.

I just used their services as Im travelling with my cat to France. So far really happy with the service!! They answered all my questions over the phone and they are pretty easy to get a hold of. I started to research about 3 months ago. I've reached out to other companies that do the certification, prices were anywhere from $400 to $750 and to that there is an extra $100+ to buy a space for your fur baby on the plane. So very pricy if you go through other companies. I used a vet that is allowed to provide the documents to certify ( it cost me $150) . Then mailed the docs to them at their Redondo location and done. So I saved ALOT of money using them. Once I got the certificate from my vet, I overnight it to usda and they certified it the same day!!! Got it back on Monday cause FedEx did not deliver on the week end. So they were so quick and efficient and communicative. If they were accepting walk-ins, I could have saved the FedEx overnight shipping there and back but very happy anyway as other companies prices were ridiculous!!

Careful planning and this is a very smooth process. Make sure you go to the vet and get the necessary vaccinations and documents. Book your USDA appointment in advance via a phone call. Took about 20 minutes. Then enjoy bringing your beloved pet with you ?

They used to accept walk-in endorsement, but it is not anymore and you need to make appointment if you want to bring your pets to outside of country. Please remember you must go through certain tests and get vet’s signature first to get endorsed by USDA. I’ve seen many people who are denied because of their underestimation and they cried, teared and so forth, but rule is rule, you have to follow to get permission... I strongly recommend you to consult to your vet first if you are traveling to foreign countries.

I came here to get my pet travel documents certified. I was nervous that the papers would be wrong and have to go to more trouble to get everything right, BUT, the man behind the counter was so kind and help me with everything. I cant express how much his kindness means to me, I hope this guy is appreciated over there.

Honestly insane the poor level of service. I have been spending hours preparing my dog to be brought abroad and this office has hung up on me twice now. Extremely rude, condescending, clueless staff.

I’m really disappointed with their service. They gave me my dog’s health certificate without stamp on it. I needed that document for my flight. When I went to the airport, the airways agent mentioned about it and didn’t approve it . I didn’t let me check in and I missed the flight. Because of USDA irresponsibility I suffered a lot emotionally and financially.
