We always used to stop in this cute shop and purchase Tyler Candles & some of the unique nick nacks. We moved away from Bakersfield 6 yrs. ago. I called and requested Flowers & a candle to be delivered to my Mom for Mother's Day.
They not only sent me pictures & ideas, but they also made this special for my Mom by delivering the beautiful plant and candle right away .

I have been a loyal customer of Lacey’s for years now. Her arrangements are gorgeous and her shop is stocked with cute and special gifts. One of the best things is the ability to order flowers based on price point and color scheme. Then Lacey and her crew arrange something better than I could ever pick out myself. She also did my wedding flowers and was super accommodating during this dang pandemic when my plans changed more than once. It’s always fun to stop by the shop to see what’s new without any pushy sales staff like many other boutiques. But she has so many great things, I rarely walk out empty handed.

I have been using Lacy and her team for many years now and they have always come through with beautiful arrangements and helpful suggestions. They seriously have made me look amazing! I've contacted them for arrangements to be made and delivered same day and most times with only two hours notice before I need them in the hands of someone (I tend to procrastinate /:) but they come through. I've gone to many different flower shops in the past and this company clearly blows them all out of the water. As for all the people complaining about poor customer service? I'm not sure where they're getting that because everyone I've ever dealt with at uniquely chic is truly wonderful, knowledgeable and hard-working to get any task done. So if you're looking for a true professional that loves what they do and give you the best flowers in town look no further!

I am beyond happy I used Uniquely Chic as my florist for my wedding. After my wedding had to be rescheduled three times due to the pandemic, they were so flexible and accommodating. They made the most beautiful bouquets and flower decor for the arch at the end of the aisle. I am the typical bride that had no clue what I wanted, and they took my color scheme and made it so beautiful! I will definitely be using them for all of my future floral needs!

Lacey is awesome! Her staff at Uniquely Chic never ceases to amaze me. They take care of me like I'm family, not just another sale. Whenever I send flowers to my friends and family, they always call me back and tell me how fantastic they are.

I absolutely love the flowers that Lacey and her team make! I have taken her flower class several times and it is so much fun, plus you get to bring home the beautiful arrangements she teaches you to make. I have seen first hand the great flowers they make for weddings and events, I would highly recommend them.

I ordered flowers for my mom not knowing what I wanted to order. The lady on the phone was very friendly and helped me decide on an arrangement. The arrangement was delivered that same day!! My mom loved the flowers! Highly reccomend Uniquely Chic Florist and will definitely be ordering more flowers from here in the future!

The worst customer service I have ever had. I went in to pick up flowers for Liberty Formal and they said I had no order form and that they did not have my order even though I had ordered them 2 weeks ago in the store with the dates' mom and paid for them on my credit card. The owner was rude to me and told me over and over that there was no order . I asked her if there was anyway it wasn't inputed or that the order form was misplaced and she got upset and turned her computer screen around and said you can look for yourself there is no order for you. I told her that I would wait for them to find it and she told me I was being ridiculous. Two other customers told me that they couldn't believe how rude she was being to me and one gal said she would never shop there again and that the owner needed to learn how to treat customers. The florist in the back thankfully was looking for the order which the owner was not even offering. She called the owner in the back and the owner came back and said that the florist in the back found the order form. She never apologized. They had not made up the bouquet. I waited another 14 minutes and she handed me the flowers with no apology or any words of kindness. One man when he left came up behind me and said good luck to you with that piece of work!
