This company does a poor job on mowing and edging. I had them come back and do a better job and they also messed up the latch on my gate. I asked them to fix it and even sent them a picture of the guy trying to fix it after he messed it up but he did not fix it. They said it must of been like that already. I said I watched them mess it up. keep in mind this is a $1 or $2 fix and they refuse to do it. I fixed it myself but beware of any company that is going to dodge a $2 fix and make it difficult for customers. Pretty sad.

Thanks for ruining Christmas! Last Thursday I watched TruScapes weed whack a hole in our bouncy house (a Christmas present to our little ones from Santa). Somehow TruScapes managed to avoid the gigantic red and yellow inflatable for the 8 weeks since Christmas, but last week decided to go for the gold and go full on Dexter last week and thrash it to death. TruScapes doesn’t think they are libel for “accidentally” (? I watched him walk right up to it and slash away) causing damage. I would make sure you get hurricane ready every week and hunker down all screens, patio furniture, plants, decor that may get in the way of TruScapes Mechanical Parade of Damage. If you can not manage to keep a weed wacker 3 feet away from a gigantic circus tent, should you really be handling mechanical equipment? Looking forward to running for the HOA board and taking bids from the plethora of other companies in the area.

Very disappointed in the service and maintenance provided. The lawns in our community have never looked so bad. I don’t think we have anything that would be considered grass in our yard. They have never even tried to provide any recommendations to make the lawns better.

Drove behind one of their trucks today , garbage was flying out. They were spreading literal garbage out of the back of their truck throughout our beautiful manatee county. Ironic for a landscape company to be contributing to the garbage in our public roadways and public land. This was just one day imagine 5 days a week of these Irresponsible business practice , leaving this unremedied is just careless

Not only are they efficient in what they do, but their communication is fantastic. The managers are informative and always willing to help.

Their team members are truly dedicated to taking care of properties. I trust them completely with my property and appreciate the level of care they provide. Overall, they do an outstanding job maintaining both my property and the community. I couldn't be happier with their services!
