This particular location constantly has you waiting. And this is the second location in two months I’ve walked into with “cash only” sign hung up. Conveniently the ATM is also out of service. What a joke. Seems to be on purpose. As it’s happening at multiple locations so many days apart.

Absolutely the worst place for customer service. Cureleaf system is so much more efficient. Never gotten out of there in less than twenty five or thirty minutes.
It actually creates stress on you. You're supposed to be going to get your weed to calm down, but it increases the stress level unbelievable. I think everyone should boycott this place until they get better customer service.Hire more people and figure out a better system.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. Despite placing my order online and arriving before 8:25 PM, I found the doors locked. The employee informed me that he couldn't let me in because he wasn't paid to stay overtime, but it wasn't even 8:30 PM yet.
What's more frustrating is that the employee was meticulously locking the door after every customer, ensuring that no one could enter, even though the stated closing time hadn't arrived.
As a customer who had taken the time to place an order online, I expect to be able to pick it up during the advertised hours. This location failed to meet my expectations, and I hope they reconsider their closing procedures to avoid disappointing other customers employee states its too much work no matter if its walk in or pick up order

If you have 3 hours out of your day to kill waiting, then this is your place. I’ve never had this experience while picking up an online order anywhere else. This location shouldn’t even exist and probably won’t for much longer lol. I used to prefer trulieve over Curaleaf (which is across the street) but now I’ll make sure I only order from Curaleaf. Sitting in a near empty lobby for 35 minutes now with not a single person to greet me or check me in, and it happens every single time.

I love shopping at this location. The new rewards program is the best, and I'm always satisfied with my purchases. Abigail, Christina, Karen and Zach are always helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend to others.

So I have came here so many times and never had a problem the staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. But the exception of one man. He is kind of short and he is light brown skinned. When I came in he rushed me to put in my order after I paid he stated he did not scan all of my items got frustrated and just walked away also he did not ring up the right items the manager came and refunded the items and she stated it was all wrong and she will fix it the man’s name is Aron

Used to be an amazing experience, start to finish, but then they switched from having someone at the front desk to check you in to having no one at the desk to check anyone in. Now, the doors between the lobby and dispensary are always open, and all the staff working on the floor are cashiers. As patients enter, they line up at the empty "reception" desk. If they've been through this before, they may just sit down and wait to be checked in; if patients sit down while waiting for an employee to check them in and more patients come in, the employee may mistakenly check them in first because no one was there to maintain order. It's a very awkward situation and can create tension. I highly recommend revisiting your procedures to prioritize service. From a manager's perspective, I assume this was done to save on labor, but from a consumer perspective, it is inefficient and impersonal. The North Palm location has been more successful balancing reception and sales; Gardens is just a disappointment now. You can get it together. It was great, so it can be again.
