We had this company clean our little pond at the entrance of our home. They drained the pond and took all of the fish out to clean. This pond had not been cared for before we bought the house and was in bad shape. after about 8 hours of draining and cleaning, the pond looked like new again. They replaced our pump that was not working. Now the pond is clean again. You can see the bottom (couldn't see it before). Our waterfall and fountain are back in operation like never before. I would recommend these guys to everyone. Great people!
3/22/2024. Since they did such a great job last year that we had them come back this year once all the leaves stopped falling from the laurel oak trees. The did a great job again. I strongly recommend this company!

My wife and I purchased a home that already had a Koi pond. The previous owners had Touch of Paradise Designs build the pond a few years earlier. I continued using them to keep my pond clean and maintained. They have not disappointed. The men that come to my home and keep it maintained monthly do a great job, are very friendly and knowledgeable, and really seem take pride in their job. I had to have part of my waterfall rebuilt after Hurricane Irma decided to lay a few oaks over it. They did a great job rebuilding it and it was done for a very fair price. The ladies in the office are friendly and helpful when I call in. I had A Touch of Paradise install the water feature behind my home in 2014. Access to the construction area was limited and they had to manually get materials needed back there. They did their work promptly and professionally and to this day it looks as if it was just recently installed! One of their staff members, Bubba, has been back on routine maintenance visits and I enjoy having him at my home. In addition I feel Sharon does an excellent job with the office. These are the people to get for a professional job!

What a beautiful place and super friendly. We just purchased a house with a pond included and I needed a lot of education on how to maintain a pod. Colleen was very helpful and gave some tips on taking care of it when the water is low. We will be happy to continue doing a lot more business with them

We had Touch of Paradise install our Koi Pond back in 2007 and they have been servicing it and doing the monthly maintenance ever since. Bubba was out last week to do the annual clean out, and once again, did a fantastic job. The pond looks like new. In addition, they cut back the plants to make it look even nicer. Highly recommend their services.

I had Touch of Paradise create my Koi pond last year. I have never received such amazing service from any company the way I do with Touch of Paradise. They are so professional. Always willing to help me with my endless questions. Sharon is so sweet. Returns calls almost immediately. She knows her products, ponds and Koi. I really appreciate John and Bubba who are the ones who typically come to do my maintenance. Such wonderful men. The whole crew is amazing. If you are researching companies to build your pond. Don't look any further. Touch of Paradise is the company you will want to have.

I really cannot recommend them. We purchased a home with a koi pond. It was not in good shape, and we needed someone to go over it and bring it back to glory. Their reviews seemed good.

They charged us several thousand dollars. They moved the fish to a tank to drain the pond and change the water. They did replace both pumps and one filter. They also removed the aerator, which they did not replace. The second pump went to some old barrel filters, which they did not replace. Although they drained the pond, they did not seal up cracks, so the pond continued to leak, and they did not remove all of the old pipes and wires at the bottom of the pond that were no longer in use and looked bad.

Almost every day after that, we had to have them come back to fix something. The auto filler fell off and was floating in the pond. The pipe they connected to the one filter they replaced exploded and sprayed water all over the yard.

More importantly, fish started dying. These fish had been in the pond for 15-20 years according to the previous homeowner. Their "expert" came to the house multiple times. He told us we were feeding too much, so we didn't feed for the next three days, as he instructed us. When two more fish died, he told us that we had starved them to death. The fish were swimming with their nose down and their tails up out of the water. He said, "why do you think they are doing that?" He was supposed to be the expert.

In the meanwhile, the pond water turned black, probably because they never installed a new aerator. Lack of oxygen may be why so many fish died. But he told us that the pond was getting dark because of algae, and that algae puts oxygen in the water, so he didn't think that was the problem.

All I know is, we hired them to make our pond perfect, and paid them nearly $10K. We subscribed to the monthly maintenance, but within just a couple of weeks, the pond was so black we couldn't see the fish, and 2/3 of the fish were dead. The fish quickly became diseased and died. All we were to do is feed the fish on the schedule they provided with the food they provided. With them in charge of everything, our pond became black, and our fish dead.

So very disappointing.

Touch of Paradise has provided service for my koi pond & waterfall for several years. They are always pleasant & knowledgeable, & do their best to make sure that I'm completely satisfied . They are also great about explaining the pros & cons of different options... that willingness to share their knowledge & experience has helped me avoid more than a few problems!
Bubba just finished an annual clean out... he checked with me several times during the process to make sure that I was happy with the direction pond lights were pointing, how the plants were trimmed , the placement of rocks, etc. He did a great job & the pond looks like new!

Sharon is the person I usually talk with over the phone & she is always very helpful. If I have a problem she will ask questions to make sure she understands the situation & does her best to send someone out to help me as soon as possible. I've learned a lot of valuable information about koi pond care & maintenance from Sharon.
