I just received my cypress 4 today and I wanted to express how happy I am with the product. I called Timber about 6 weeks ago and the rep spent about 20 minutes on the phone answering my questions regarding the best option for my home grow. He was very informative and helpful. I researched a few other places but came back to Timber because of how helpful they were when I initially contacted them. The other places I called did not have an option to talk to a live human and when I did ask questions via email it took them days to even get back to me. When I was ordering the cypress 4 they told me that they had longer than usual wait times due to covid and getting supplies (as seems to be the case everywhere these days) I placed the order and four weeks later it arrived. The fixture quality absolutely amazing. If this thing was a car, it would be a Ferrari, it’s that nice. If this thing works as well as the review say, I am going to be one happy little grower. Thanks again Timber.

Horrible customer service. I ordered 3 Cypress Led Which stated they need to Built before shipping. About 4week after order was placed I received a Email stating the Building was delayed and would possibly take 6wk which I agreed to wait. after the 6wk was up instead of receiving thr product purchased I received another email stating that there is a shortage of aluminum and was going to take another 6wk which I explained was far too long for my operation. So I asked for a Refund. I was contacted back a few days later with a email stating my refund would be processed the following week. It's been 3.5wk since I was told I would receive a refund and I'm not receiving any email back about such. 12wk for lights is far too long and A refund doesn't take 4wk.

In Fact I just spoke to a representative and he explained the Parts from customs will be arriving in the next day or 2 and insist on sending me the product I ordered 12wk ago. The refund should have been processed May 20th. it's been 2wk that my refund was delayed in order to try and make the sale after I already spoke to them very derictly about the issue. Feel free to use whatever wording you would like but this has been the worst process of purchasing a light in my life. I can goto the grow store and Buy a Jungle Right now for less than I payed for the Cypress LED and have it built and setup in minutes.
