Not very often can professional and artistic be used to describe the same vendor, but those two words can without a doubt sum up my experience with White Lotus Flowers in Cerritos. I called recently to have some orchids sent to a relative. I not only found the owner to be knowledgeable about what was available but also skilled in presenting the options to me in a way that encompassed prices, colors, and add on’s. Then came the actual product that was delivered to my Auntie - it was a SHOW STOPPER! The arrangement was far from just a plant in a pot, it was a testament to their passion to create beauty. If you have someone you want to feel loved and special I would not hesitate to call White Lotus Florist.

I placed an online order through their website for an arrangement to be delivered, and it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Delivered on time and looked even better than the photos posted online! My friend and her family were so delighted when they saw the flowers. The ordering process was so easy, and the customer service provided by Jeanie and her staff was top-notch. They contacted me a few times due to a slight issue with my order, but they were very nice and friendly each time, and we resolved the issue quickly. Would definitely order from this store again. They deserve 10 stars if possible!

Sadly dissatisfied/disappointed. I ordered an arrangement 2+ weeks before today and spoke with the lady on the phone. I specifically asked if they could be delivered early (in the same city of the flower shop) because the recipient was leaving early from work that day. FOUR+ hours after the flower shop has opened and the recipient ready to leave….no flowers. Beautiful arrangements but don’t bet on them accommodating your request 🙁

Can't say enough good things about White Lotus. After an abysmal experience and eventual failure in customer service with a dot.com florist, I called White Lotus. It was last minute order on Saturday for Sunday before Valentines Day delivery. The lady was very friendly and helpful. Needless to say they came thru with an amazing arrangement of top quality Roses. Thank you White Lotus for saving me!!! Will always call you first in the future.

We used this florist in June 2016 for my mom's special birthday party with almost 70 guests. The florist prepared the most beautiful centerpieces for the tables plus a dozen wrapped long-stemmed roses which we presented to Mom, a wrist corsage, and other smaller flower arrangements and they did a stunning job. The guests at the party all wanted to take the centerpieces home. The flowers have held up /lasted a long time. My mom was so very pleased as were all my siblings who helped coordinate the party. I can't give enough praise for how happy we were with the flowers, the service and the reasonable price of the flowers. We will definitely use this florist again.
