The Village Florist provided and arranged flowers for my daughter's July wedding. Melissa took the time to sit down with me and discuss colors, flowers, and style. She was knowledgeable and helpful. The flowers were done beyond my expectation! Everything was gorgeous! High praise for Melissa and The Village Florist!

I had to order flowers for next day delivery to a memorial service (there was a purpose in waiting that couldn’t be helped). Since I called last minute, naturally and understandably, they had to substitute one flower type for another in the arrangement I chose. The florist's suggestion sounded beautiful, and a nice fit for the person whom they will honor. They allowed me time to think about what to have written on the card, and even added an extra rose at my request (one rose for each immediate family member, plus the deceased). I highly recommend this florist. I have no doubt the arrangement will look beautiful!

I received a beautiful, surprise bouquet 2 weeks ago. The quality of the flowers are such that after all of this time, they are still beautiful. Colors are vivid, they are holding their shape very well. I have never had an arrangement last this long. The workmanship and creativity in the arrangement is far above industry standard. I have been loyal to the same florist for many years, but there is no comparison. The Village Florist is the one I will go to for future needs. (I also heard that she makes incredible holiday wreaths. I will definitely be visiting her when the holidays draw near.)

I ordered flowers online for my Mom's 91st Birthday on a Monday to be delivered on Friday. I received a call from them Friday mid-morning and they said they didn't have any purple roses. She said she had white roses and I asked her if she had anything else. She was frustrated with me and just told me she was going to cancel my order. She didn't want to work with me at all to try and find something else that we could send to my mom. I called Joyce Ann flowers & gifts and they were wonderful to work with!

It was our 50th wedding anniversary. I ordered flowers for my wife 3 days ahead of time to be sure the flowers would arrive on time. I was assured they could be delivered before 10am as we had to be in Hot Springs by 10.40am for an appointment. I had a full day of activities planned while in town. 10am came and past. No flowers. I called and was told they got tied up. I told them we were leaving the house and I was told to call when we got home and they would deliver later in the day. I had to cut our anniversary activities short in town to be home for the flowers to be delivered. So much for a surprise fun filled day for my wife. Surprise, we have to go home early to get your flowers. Only have one 50th anniversary. I was so disappointed. I never order flowers, and this experience assures I will never order flowers again.

I ordered a spray of flowers for my uncle’s funeral. They were not delivered and when I call no one ever answers the phone. Emails get sent back as not delivered. Will never order from this place again. They had enough time to get them to the church for the funeral. They charged my card for $200 plus and no flowers.

Placed order 12/29 for delivery 1/3/23. Never got delivered. No notice of attempted delivery. Tried to call them repeatedly and never got anyone to answer. Disputed the credit card charge today.
