Both times I've ordered from them they've got something wrong. The first time they delivered on the wrong day and the second time they sent a completely different vase and the arrangement had different flowers and not as much blue as it showed in the photo. The least they could have done was call or email stating that they didn't have the similar vase and ask what style I would like to send but instead they chose an ugly one and sent it off. (Refer to photos) if you can get flowers somewhere else I'd suggest it.
Edit: I increased it from one star because they ended up giving my girlfriend brand new flowers and a vase. It also sounded like they were going to deliver them but my girlfriend ended up picking them up instead. Still would not go back though. This should have been done right the first time.

So this Easter, my mother, who lives in Vegas, ordered us flowers and a balloon to my mother-in-law's house in Ridgecrest. We never received the flowers or balloon so my mother called to find out what happen and get a refund. They didn't refund her because they said they have a company the contract that could deliver to Vegas since we had left home already. Now, almost a full week after Easter, the flower are delivered! They came in a cardboard box, had no balloon and the flowers were have welted. My mother than called them back but they hung up on her this time. Never ever give these unprofessional jokes a cent of your money. Never will we do business with them again!

The Flower Shoppe has AMAZING customer service! I was in a situation where I wanted to send flowers to my friend every week for the next 12 weeks. But, the day would go by and I would forget to call. They set up a reminder so that they call me!!! THEY CALL ME to make sure we are on track for the week’s delivery. It’s SO HARD to find this kind of customer service these days! I called The Flower Shoppe from my home in Oregon, I needed to get a bouquet of flowers delivered to my Mom in Ridgecrest. Erin listened to my story with such a sweet kindness, and created the most perfect and beautiful bouquet! She even texted me a picture of it before she delivered it. She helped me shop for something from their Hallmark shop that was perfect for the occasion. Ordered a bouquet from a company online “blossoms” that represents this ridgecrest flower shoppe. Flower Shoppe failed to deliver the arrangement and blossoms still took the money. You want flowers delivered in Ridgecrest you are better off getting them from the grocery store and delivering them yourself.
