Don't go here. The woman who works here is very rude, and when I asked her to make the bouquet better and change the wrapping, she told me that this was all they had. This is terrible service, the worst I have ever encountered. Don't come here for bouquets. It's better to go somewhere else! It's also very expensive here. The woman is simply discriminating against all her customers. Don’t go there!!!!!’ So bad customer service.

I ordered a lavender purple arrangement for my friend, her favorite color. What they delivered was nothing like what I had ordered. I would’ve appreciated an email or call to get the OK to do this first. I’m sure we could’ve come up with something better. Paid $90 for a special arrangement and received a small bouquet of pink and green and white, not worth the $. Not at all what I was looking for. Left a message, emailed twice, no responses at all from this business, waited 11 days before leaving review, hoping for a response. Would never use again, was trying to give a local retail business, didn’t work out this time! No customer service. Leaving 2 stars because it was delivered on time so at least she received something on her big birthday!

My husband sent yellow roses (my favorite) on 10/23/21. I met the delivery man at the door. When I brought them in I noted they were dry & shriveling on the edges; the water level in the vase was fine. The flower place called to verify delivery. The woman I spoke to was so rude and argumentative I couldn't believe it. She stated the roses were in "perfect condition" and refused my offer of sending her a picture as she "knows what they look like." She didn't even offer an apology (the least she could have done) nor did she offer replacement when I described the flowers condition. We usually order from Ms Scarlett's flowers in Bradenton and they are always fresh & vibrant (only open until 1:00 on Saturdays which prompted him to call another local florist).
Lesson learned, next time we will wait for Ms Scarlett's availability.

Everything went great! Ordered flowers delivery plus a balloon in Sarasota from Ukraine. Delivered almost at the time I requested. In my opinion, the order was confirmed quickly (40 minutes). When ordering from my country, I used a VPN. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I did not see the google reviews before ordering flowers for my very sick friend. I paid for same day delivery...5 days later, she still hasn't received the order. The email I sent the next day (once I found out she didn't get the flowers) was not answered. They also debited my account TWICE. I have sent another email. If I don't get a response, I will be disputing the charge with my bank. DO NOT order from here.

Hires delivery drivers just to have them waste tons of their time and gas to make her deliveries, and then goes MIA and never paying them for the work they did… Thanks a lot, Mona!

My boyfriend ordered flowers to be delivered as a surprise and paid extra for same day delivery. I received a phone call around 2:30 stating they could get to me that day . It ruined the surprise that they even called me and then they asked me if I wanted to come get them! I couldn't believe my ears. I said no just deliver them tommorrow. My boyfriend called to ask about being refunded the same day delivery fee and the woman said no she wouldn't and hung up on him. The next day the woman called me and asked me if I still wanted my flowers. I couldn't believe this. I told how I thought this was all handled so unprofessionally. She then said we won't deliver them now and hung up on me.

This is my Favorite Florist for over 25 years. I'm a realtor and I send all my new home buyers flower arrangements or plants as gifts. The Flower Place floral designers make the most beautiful arrangements I always get wonderful compliments on everything delivered to my clients. The Best!!!
