Last minute we needed a bridal bouquet for a wedding 24 hours later,, and the shop owner (I believe) was able to accommodate. Not only that, but hit it out of the park! And in less than 30 minutes for under $75

I moved out of state over 25 years ago. Most of the time when I order flowers I just do it online. My dad passed away last month and my boss called The Flower Mill from Texas and had flowers sent to the funeral. I called, inquired about an arrangement on their site, the young man asked me to hold so he could check on it. A woman picked up the line, quoted me a price that was ALMOST DOUBLE the price on their site, when I audibly gasped she bluntly said take it or leave it. I politely said no thank you & hung up. Amazing how many people in service businesses know NOTHING about providing service.
