The Black Orchid flower boutique is the only place I get my flowers. I have been coming here for 5 years. The owner is so friendly and welcoming. She always makes time to create these beautiful flower wraps for me and works with my budget. I support her business and will always remain a customer here. I live out of state and needed flowers for my Mom's bday. I recall her telling me about Patty and The Black Orchid shop. I called rather last minute but they were AWESOME‼️ Very friendly & helpful over phone. Delivered arrangement on time & it FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. I ordered a pitcher of Daisies to congratulate my sister for finishing her first semester of med school. My sister, unknowingly, planned to go to a ski lodge for the weekend to celebrate with some friends and would be leaving early in the afternoon. Being in Phoenix, AZ, I was unable to make sure they arrived to her before she left but the designers and drivers at Black Orchid went out of their way to make sure it was delivered before she left for the weekend! It was a wonderful surprise and a beautiful arrangement!

I ordered a large floral centerpiece from Black Orchid Designs and they did an excellent job! Usually I hold my breath and hope for the best when I order flowers online. These, however, were even better than the online picture. I just ordered some for my mom for Mothers Day! Thank you for doing such quality work!

I placed an order on Black Orchids website for my sister's birthday. At first everything had gone smoothly. I ordered a specialized arrangement from the website but didn't realize that the order had gotten stuck in their system. After wondering what had happened to my order toward the end of the day I called the shop. The shop owner was super nice and took care of everything. She went above and beyond. Even though it was already after closing time. They put together a fantastic arrangement that superceded the one I had chosen. My sister was super excited when they were hand delivered as she got home from work. Thanks a bunch for saving the day.

Wonderful Service! I put the wrong date on my delivery and they took the time to put together my order at last minute so mothers day flowers were delivered on time! Beautiful flower baskets too!
