A very nice place we just happened upon. Their core business seems to be landscaping, and they have some very impressive water features as examples. They have a very good selection of plants and garden art, at very reasonable prices. And, the service was great. I suggest that you stop by!

We were greeted by a women who was unfriendly, and not helpful. We were told they don't help us lift the large palm onto the truck and they have no guarantee. When asked the price she throughout $450.00, then she went down to $250 if I paid cash.
We left without buying the palm tree! Not professional and a bit sketchy.

I CANNOT recommend TerraScape. Had one design consult appt cancelled at last minute. Had to wait another 2 weeks to reschedule. Had to call today the morning of the appointment to confirm that the afternoon appointment was still on the books. Megan (designer) never showed as scheduled (1-3 pm). A complete NO SHOW & NO COMMUNICATION. And this is just for a consult appt. Cannot imagine what the actual customer service would be like if I signed a landscaping contract for actual work!
Not sure how you stay in business with these work ethics and poor customer communication?
Will take my “Villager” business elsewhere to more competent suppliers who value their potential customers!

Tony Fernandez, the designer for Terra Scape, is absolutely fantastic. He listens, he is low key and has unusual gorgeous ideas. He is a great asset to this company.
We were very pleased with the workmanship of the landscapers. The team is experiences and knowledgeable.
The end results were beyond our expectations.

I can’t comment on their quality because we never got that far. I believe this is an example of a business that thinks they do not have to cater to their customers. We were interested in having quite a bit of landscaping and a water feature installed in our yard. We went to their location and after looking at several trees and such they offered to have their landscape designer come to give us some ideas and a price.

Mr. Hernandez did come and we showed him what we wanted to do and he asked if we were ready to write a contract. We said we would need to see his design and cost estimate in writing first. He said why not just give them the job. We declined.
He said he would send us something the next day.
Of course he sent nothing. I called and he said he would send it the next morning. He sent nothing.

I again called and this time he said his boss told him they were not interested in dealing with people who think price us more important than quality. Since they never showed me any example of their quality or price I was dumbfounded.

Needless to say we will not be dealing with TerraScape at anytime in the future and can’t for the life of me imagine anyone else would consider using them for landscaping with just their assurance they are the best option without anything but their word.

Update. After contacting the owner thru e mail I was contacted by him. The owner was apologetic and offered to send someone else to write a new estimate. At first I accepted and then decided to go with someone else prior to receiving the new proposal.
