Will never use them again. Order didn't arrive. 2 days later sent 2 emails to complain. Never heard from them but an hour later order arrived. Nothing like what I actually ordered. Not worth what I paid. Money came out of bank quick enough though.

Accepted my order, which of course includes the delivery address, then sent email canceling order the day it was supposed to be delivered, saying they couldn’t deliver to that area, when it was too late to order from anyone else. Boo!

Absolutely horrible company. Do not order from them!! We haven't received our order twice. And we still haven't received our order. This is absolutely crazy. It has been a disaster. If I could give no stars I would. They scam people. Have rude customer service people. They do there own thing. They muble and then hang up. This has been absolutely a horrible experience and I will never in my life recommend them. And will be reporting them to the bbb

Teleflora didn't deliver my order TWICE. I shouldn't have given them a second chance after the first time, but I really wanted my gift delivered- even though the recipient's Birthday had already passed without the delivery the first time. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Rude customer service. They do not honor delivery dates, they deliver whenever they want, no matter if you paid extra for a specific date.
