Wow!! Cheryl and her team were outstanding from our first meeting all the way through to our wedding day. She is creative, has an incredible eye for detail, is kind, funny, and caring. She genuinely loves what she does and it shows in her work. I was blown away by how beautifully my vision came to life in both the ceremony space and the reception space - the transformation was absolutely stunning.

I wish I could give a zero. Do NOT recommend! Owner(Cheryl) was extremely difficult to get in contact with. She was very late on my wedding day with the flowers. We were extremely overcharged for the floral arrangements we requested for our wedding. When we asked to reduce the size of the floral arrangement for the head table, Cheryl said we could do it, but she wouldn’t be giving us any money back for it because of the “mechanics.” Cheryl agreed to be at our venue for the delivery at 2:00pm for pre-ceremony pictures. Cheryl was an hour and half late and because of her “punctuality,” we did not get to take all of the formal pictures we wanted to at our venue. After calling MULTIPLE times to see where she was, Cheryl down-played her lateness saying, “the wedding doesn’t start until 4:30.” Once she delivered the flowers, the head table that we requested was completely different than what was made and not at all what she told us it would look like. She placed the flowers in gold bowls, even though she knew those were not our colors at all. The bridesmaids bouquets had no roses, even though that is specifically what we asked for and the bridal bouquet had no lilies, even though that is again what we specifically asked for. Since then(December 18), we have requested a refund for just the head table and tried to contact her about her business multiple times with no response. The flowers we received were beautiful, however, everything was overshadowed by Cheryl’s attitude and nonchalant behavior over her customer’s flowers at a wedding. Go somewhere else with better prices, punctual and KIND staff, and beautiful flowers.

After thinking I could plan my daughter’s wedding myself and save some money I realized I was wrong. I found Tampa wedding Studio through The Knot and reached out to them with only a few months left to go before the big day. Cheryl responded and thankfully had our date available. we set up a meeting and there was no turning back. She can provide as little or as much help as you need from florals and linens to chairs and chargers. She and her team were friendly, professional and experienced. My only regret is that I did not hire them sooner as I would have saved myself a lot of worry, headaches and ultimately money as I wasted money on things I did not need. I highly recommend the Tampa wedding studio they were our saving grace! Thank you to Cheryl, Victoria and their team. These are just a few pictures and they do not do the room justice, I will provide more as I get them!

We should've gone with our gut feeling when we booked Tampa Wedding Studio for our daughter's wedding. After confirming everything that we ordered and the time to be there for the day of the wedding, not only was Cheryl (owner) 1 1/2 hours late, the head table arrangements were so minimal, that the venue had to gather other items to add to the table or else it would've looked almost bare. There were ZERO lilies or roses in the arrangements - mostly made up of baby's breath and some other white flowers and looked like it was pieced together in minutes. The bridesmaids bouquets did not have a single rose in them either. In the contract, both the head table arrangements and bouquets said they'd have lilies and cream roses in them. For $65 each, you would think the bouquets would have something other than baby's breath and white daisy looking flowers. When Cheryl arrived 1 1/2 hours late, she did not apologize, just simply said she was "in St. Pete" that morning and that our wedding didn't start until 4:30 (it was after 3:30 when she arrived). We had our photographer timeline from when the flowers were due to arrive at 2:00. Minimal pictures were taken prior to the wedding since guests began arriving at 4:00 and Cheryl arrived less than 30 min before that. We contacted Cheryl 4 times in the days following the wedding asking for at least a refund of the table arrangement ($225), but have yet to hear back from her. It's a shame that she is unwilling to even respond to us after all that has transpired. We are kicking ourselves for not walking away after that first meeting, when we felt that something was "off".

Honestly, I'm being generous in giving her a 3, but am doing so because the independent contractor she hired for the day of my wedding (Kirsten) did an amazing job. The only thing I'll say is that I met with Cheryl once to tell her the color of the florals we wanted (oranges, burgundy, dusty rose). Please tell me why the day of my wedding, my bouquet (which is easily one of the most important floral items requested) are the wrong color My bouquet had some burgundy and a lot of purple. Luckily, my wedding planners (Dare to dream) used artificial flowers and a bouquet my parents happened to buy to improvise and create something closer to what I had imagined. I really wish i had taken before and after pictures because I was so shocked it was so off from what we had discussed. Anyway, Kiersten was sweet and energetic and I would recommend her any day. I would not recommend Cheryl, I'm not sure if this is out of character for her but I was incredibly disappointed.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Cheryl simply did not show up to my wedding. No call, No show. Yes, you are reading this correctly. She was supposed to show up at the hotel 90 minutes before the ceremony to leave the bouquets and boutonnieres and she didn’t. The venue called me to ask if I had heard from her because she had not delivered the centerpieces and other decorations for the ceremony and reception either. We couldn’t get a hold of her. She literally left us hanging on my wedding day. So, we had to scramble in less than an hour and purchase flowers from the store to have a sort of bouquet to walk down the aisle. There were no centerpieces/decorations ceremony/and my cake was boring and plain white. Even after the wedding, she did not care to call and explain/apologize and return my money for not rendering the services she was paid for. She wasn’t responding texts or calls. I ultimately had to submit a dispute with the credit card company to get my money back. Cheryl was simply rude, sloppy, and unprofessional. I can’t believe that she owns a business. A few red flags: One time she sent me the information about someone else’s wedding. Another time she called me and asked if I was going to make it to the meeting and I told her that I was at the store and no one was there. She said that she had to leave. Seriously? What kind of business is she running? If you are wondering why I didn’t switch vendors it was because she does not return any deposit. I feel that I should give my review and tell all brides out there to be careful when selecting their vendors. You want your wedding day to be perfect and not have situations like this. The unprofessionalism of Cheryl and Tampa Wedding Studio deserves the least of my recommendations. Stay away.

Refused to give refund of deposit. Was given 4 months notification and still refused. Circumstances were completely out of bride and grooms control and no sympathy was shown. Basically stole $2000. There was no effort made to book that date again for a different wedding and just took our money. Very sad that there are businesses out there like this.
