Saludo ..... Me dirijo a esta compañía ..... Hice una órdenes en su sitio web hace tres día atrás y el pedido que llegó no se parece en nada a la foto que tiene en su página web y además .... Ni la caja de chocolate ni el globo llegaron junto con las flores ahora hay que esperar un cierto tiempo para esperar que llegue el globo y los chocolates, la base usada no se parece en nada a la de la página web y el lazo que usaron tampoco .... Soy y fui cliente , Pero con esta experiencia no creo que vuelva a comprar más por eso le doy una estrella .... También ellos tenía la promoción de un 10% con el codigo de promoción realmente yo lo coloque tal cual ellos lo sugieren pero no fue aplicado a la factura final, al fin tuve que pagar el total de lo que la factura decía ... Digo esto para que lo sepan mi comentario no es para dañar a nadie solo para que mejoren el servicio para que otros clientes nuevos que tenga no le pase los mismos estoy muy decepcionado .... También la página web que usa y la compañía que entregan son totalmente diferente debería tener toda la información de la compañía que hacen las entrega en esta la página web de floristería tampa .. para que el cliente esté más informado

Ordered an arrangement for a special recipient. Customer service was great, very nice people. And though I’m aware that teleflora stock photos are infamous for being open to interpretation, I was still expecting something neater for the the $110+ price tag.

The arrangement is cute but if I had known it’d looked like that, I might have gone for something simpler that might’ve been easier to achieve/pull off.

It’s still pretty. Just not my taste or what I was hoping to gift someone. Or what I’d expect for a $100+ price tag. Posting both pictures for reference.

Easy to order.. with Valentines being one of their busiest days. You shouldn’t take orders that can’t be filled on 2/14. Placed order specifically with this location. Wanted something close to downtown for easy delivery. 5pm and still no flowers. Tried calling.. no answer. Received a text it’s a busy day flowers were still being delivered. Delivery called at 2am when they were in the lobby. Obviously they didn’t get delivered because everyone was asleep. It broke my heart that my loved one thought she was forgotten on Valentine’s Day. #onlytakeordersyoucanfillby5pm!

I called Tampa Florist for the first time to order a floral gift for my daughter's birthday. I wanted a potted colorful plant that could be planted in the yard for the future. They found a lovely Calla Lily in their inventory. They delivered it that day to her home and the plant is very beautiful and full of blooming flowers.. The personnel at Tampa Florist were extremely helpful and I certainly reccomd them to anyone that wants a great provider for floral gifts.

When I called to place the order, I embarrassingly forgot the room number! 🤦‍♀️ I was driving at the time, so I had to hang up, contact the hospital, and then, to my further chagrin, realized I'd misremembered the number and had to call the florist back. The woman on the other end of the phone (whose name I regrettably didn't catch 😭) exhibited unparalleled patience. She could easily have dismissed me as a careless customer, but she didn't! Without hesitation, she personally called the hospital to verify the room number. I was truly moved to tears by her kindness! 😭 Such dedication and responsibility are exceptionally rare.

The final bouquet was breathtakingly beautiful! 💐 My family was overjoyed upon receiving it, praising the flowers' freshness and exquisite appearance, transforming the sterile hospital room into a haven of warmth. I wholeheartedly recommend this florist to all my friends in Tampa! Whether for a hospital visit, a birthday celebration, or any other occasion, you can order with complete confidence! 💖

I'd give zero stars if it was possible. I'm unsure if this is a scam or if the customer service is abysmal and they overcommitted for Valentine's Day.

I ordered almost 10 days ahead (with a confirmation of my order via email) for 2/14 delivery, and it's just after 5:00 PM. I've received no email, no call, no text, and no flowers. I left a voicemail, but apparently nobody is monitoring it.

If it's going to be delivered tomorrow, just let me know!

I think this is the first time in my life that I'm going to have to contact my bank to get a refund.

Tampa Florist was able to accommodate us for a last minute floral arrangement. They were professional, reasonable and flexible; more importantly they were willing to accommodate our needs. The bouquet I had selected was the deal of the day and it turned out beautiful. I've used them twice now
