My wife and I are delighted with our System Pavers driveway. Dozens of people walking by have remarked on it. Some drivers, too.

Project manager Beau did a great job of keeping us informed on the progress because my wife and I were out of the country when the project started all of the way through completion. He sent us photos and videos daily. There were no surprises either. What Beau and sales rep Steve said would happen did.

We’ve had the driveway 4 months and still go stand in our front porch just to admire it.

I had a Driveway extension done connecting to a path on the side of my house, and an extension to my California room. Both were done incredibly fast and of great quality. I did have 3 little things that I needed fixed after, but Beau the Project manager got them corrected super quick and now everything is perfect. I will definitely be using them in the future to have more work done.

Once we had a project in place (Pavers, retaining wall, fountain) we got to work with Beau. He was on top of everything. From start to finish he communicated everything, made sure the project was clear and the design came to life. He oversaw the project and all the workers and looked at every little detail. He is so friendly and easy to talk with and this made us comfortable the entire way. We have the best backyard and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I have dealt with dozens of Contractors on moderate to major projects over the decades, and System Pavers ranks among the top two, without a doubt. We had very specific ideas about a total of all our yards after a devastating 2024 Storm in February.

Albert, our first contact and designer, took those concepts and created a vision twice as good. Even after he experienced major personal life challenges, he remained indirectly involved, invested and helpful during the project in meaningful ways.

Beau Johnston, our Project Foreman, is hands down the BEST point of contact and Site Manager I have ever dealt with. He was always available, attentive, positive, serious, very hands-on when he needed to be, kept his promises, worked patiently in tandem with other “problematic” Contractors repairing our home during the same time period, and in the end, over-delivered in many ways that we deeply appreciated beyond words. If I still owned a business, I would try to steal him away from System Pavers, for virtually any management position. He knows how to direct and interact with a Crew, and he never loses sight of the mission… delivering for the client.

This is the BEST major project I’ve ever experienced with a Contracting Company.
Great Principle People, competent crews, and outstanding leaders and management.
No “Hidden Fees” or “Surprise extra add-on charges” at the end either… just a believable “Thank you for your faith and business.”

They did an amazing job on a complicated build. The final multi-tiered patio and extensive stairs has a true wow factor. They listened to my ideas, did changes on the fly when I wanted and were very attentive. The crew was very hard working and respectful and the project manager came to the site frequently and whenever I had any questions. I would highly recommend them for your paver project

I contacted system pavers to get my backyard renovated. One reason I went with them was because they offered financing and my neighbor just got work done from them and it looked great. I was contacted by, Jacqueline Penick one of the design consultants, she came and helped layout what I already had in mind to get done. After scheduling a start date, the team of Foreman Maricela and Ignacio & project manager Javier Rodriguez explained to me the process and work they were going to do. I had a simple design layout, so the turnaround was done in 1 week from start to finish! They even took care of some of the little filler spots my wife pointed out even after the project was done. Overall communication was great, can even text if you're not available to talk live. I will be looking forward to get a pergola done from system pavers for a future project. Job Well Done!
