Called for a same day delivery. I needed anniversary flowers for my mom. My dad had a stroke a while ago and can't do flowers for her anymore due to his aphasia. The woman who took my call was so patient and kind. I couldn't spend a lot lucky for me my mom loves carnation which aren't super expensive. They were so helpful and when they went to deliver my mom didn't hear them and they called her to let her know to come to the door. They didn't want to leave the flowers out in the sun. I really appreciate all the effort. My mom was very happy with the flowers. Thank you for helping me last minute. I really expected to be told no since I wasn't able to call until 2pm pst. They really came through for me.

I reside out of state and I ordered a beautiful bouquet for my for my parents for Valentine's Day.The bouquet was delivered today and the flowers are fresh, beautiful, and arranged professionally. They are wonderful! I called for flowers for my aunts birthday and they delivered same day... but I didn't realize she was out of town. We were able to reschedule the delivery, that was amazing customer service and they truly went above and beyond what they needed to do. My mother absolutely loved her Pleasing Purple Bouquet. She thought it was one of the most beautiful arrangements she's received, smells great, and also really liked the square vase. I am very happy with the results! Thanks for the great job and the early delivery! Beautiful! Also, love the variety of different vases/designs on your website! Stopped in to pick up some flowers for my wife. Designer suggested I wait for the incoming shipment for the freshest flowers since it was right after Mothers Day. Told her to make something special. Called me less than 2 hours later and said they were ready. They were beautiful. Highly recommend.
