Authentic spot with Nigerian cuisine. Came here for dinner on a Wednesday evening around 7pm and there seemed to be a steady inflow of customers, but never a line. The food is pre-prepared. Delivery/takeout is available. There’s a private parking lot in front as well as street parking. Credit cards are accepted. They don’t have tap water so you’ll need to buy bottled water. I got the jollof rice combo with chicken (your choice of soft or hard meat, which I wasn’t able to clarify since only soft meat was available at that time). The worker helping me asked if I wanted some sauce in the rice, and I think that was a good call otherwise the rice would’ve been too dry. The combo came with two pieces of chicken. The food was a bit old but I still enjoyed the rice with stew mixed in.

I had an amazing experience with the food I ordered. The flavors were spot on, and you can tell that a lot of care went into the preparation. Everything was cooked perfectly, especially the goat pepper soup & the mixed meat. It was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The portion size was generous, and the presentation was beautiful. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again and recommending it to my friends!

My first time buying nigerian food since over a year I moved to California and I'm dissatisfied and disappointed at the same time. 😰😰 I have been craving for moimoi for over a week and I finally saw the restaurant on Google, I called them, and confirmed they have moi moi. I got there and asked for 10 moimoi which is $4 a pack. The moimoi was tied in the bag since is a takeout order and also cold so I felt maybe this is how they sell them only for us to get home and open the moimoi and behold they are spoilt. There is water inside them meaning they are old moimoi. I have lived in 4 states and traveled to a lot of states in the US and I have never for once bought moimoi from a Nigerian restaurant and it's cold or spoilt. I literally paid $40 for a spoilt moimoi 😭😭
THEIR OGA SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT THE MOIMOI IS NOT FRESH OR NOT GOOD!!! Before moimoi starts bringing out water it was once frozen or it has been in the fridge for more than 4 days.

I'm definitely returning the moi moi tomorrow and no, I don't need my money back, I will just drop them. I can't even give this moimoi to beggers on the street.

The ofada stew tastes nothing like ofada stew. Ofada stew is made with red bell pepper but this one tastes like tomato that is not properly fried. From my picture you can see a chunk of fresh tomatoes that is not properly fried. What does fresh tomatoes has to do in ofada stew? 👎👎

I'm so upset right now because I planned not to cook since I'm traveling in a few days + I am sick. I wasted $90 to be upset.

Their pepper soup tastes good. This is my first time here and definitely going to be my last time.

Okay first of all let me say try not to come here and support these rude people!!! The first time I came I was over charged for 2 vegetable soup they charged me 84$ for 2 vegetable soup and 4 fufu ! When I asked the man that’s always there about it in a very rude manner he said that’s the price okay cool I paid this time I got the same thing for 42$ but the man asked me did I want spice which was never an option before I said no thank you because I have a son eating this food so as I taste it it’s spicy as soon as I try it I go up to the same man that overcharged me the first time that also took my order and asked if I wanted spice and I said no I told him it was spicy he rubbed me off and said there’s no spice and everybody knows when there tongue is burning from a spice they are getting my order wrong over priced and very rude not willing to help the costumers as long as they took your money they are okay don’t eat here find another African restaurant I don’t even know how there still open with the costumer service they have they will not listen nor care about any complaints and you will be waiting forever for your food

Had the jollof rice, chicken, and turkey with moi moi.
The portion size was great and I was actually shocked they dished out so much food. The jollof rice unfortunately wasn’t flavorful even with the ofada sauce added but the smoked turkey was tender and flavorful and I enjoyed it. Although the cashier raved about the moi moi I thought it was decent at best.
Although there’s a buffet of ready to eat meals there’s also a menu to order different items including soups and swallows.

My family and I are visiting LA from the bay and we were looking for African food. I’m so glad we came here first. We had the afang soup, efo riro (spinach soup) and Jollof rice plate. You get sooo much food!! And huge pieces of meat, we got assorted. We all had to get to go boxes because we couldn’t finish it in one sitting. Everything was super delicious and fresh!!! Larissa took our order and we were so happy to hear that she’s Cameroonian too. Service was quick and there’s ample space to dine in. Next time we’re in the area we’ll come back for sure!

SO I GOT THE OGBONO SOUP WITH BEEF & TRIPE AND 2 FUFU'S & A BOWL FULL OF ONLY SPINACH AND IT WAS SO DELICIOUS 😋 I ENJOYED IT.👏🏽

THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME EATING FROM HERE AND I MUST SAY IT REALLY WAS DELICIOUS BUT IT WAS MY HUSBAND'S FIRST TIME TRYING IT AND HE LOVED IT.💜🙏🏾

THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT THE ATMOSPHERE WAS NICE AND THE TIMING FOR MY FOOD TO COME OUT WAS ON POINT ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES.👌🏾🤌🏾

First time and last time!!! Please take my advice all meat was hard and dried out My egusi soup tastes like fish my beef patties were cold and made with some kind of ground sausage I literally cried I spent 50 dollars and threw everything away not a good spot at all total turn off
