I went in today just to get some stones for a DIY bearded dragon tank in doing. The young lady and man were very nice and help with no problem. They have any all kinda stones rocks slabs and sand you need. If you looking for big orders or small give them a shout.

I have been going to Stone plus for 10 years, and there was a time that they weren’t very friendly and helpful. But in the last few years, they have been fantastic!! In particular, Cynthia and Rodney are great, and also the guys who load my van. As for their products, they have most every rock, stone, paver, and mulch; many items you won’t find elsewhere. And you can browse to your heart’s content! Prices are quite a bit cheaper when purchasing in bulk.

No samples. I was willing to purchase them but minimum 10sf. The lady was not very helpful. Response: We had all of the samples picked out ready to pay and would return what we did not like and the hard answer was NO. Not oh let's figure out what we can do to help you're needs.

low quality, highly over priced products. stone plus wanted $2000 for a ton of "exotic" stone, so when i went to get it for $850 a ton from their supplier you can imagine my shock. I also have bought "screened" top soil twice now for clients that is 50% roots and debris so NOT screened, just mixed root compost and sand.

I highly recommend Stone Plus. We purchased paver stones for a patio and walkway. Every aspect of this project, from delivery of the product to the installation was conducted professionally and efficient. The recommended installer Mr. Orlen Morales and team worked diligently to completed the project in one week.

Dishonest business.. I’ve only ordered one time, and won’t again. I ordered salt and pepper granite. Photo submitted below directly from their catalogue. When it was delivered to the job site what I received was quite bit smaller, almost pea gravel. I removed three pieces of rock from the truck for comparison. I told the driver that this was not a representation of what they advertised. The driver was extremely professional and polite. He called the office before he dumped it. I spoke to a lady who explained to me that no one carried the larger rock any more and that was the size they had. My wife ordered the rock on the phone, directly from what they advertised they had. There was no explanation that what we were ordering wasn't what we would get. She told me that the next time I ordered I need to come in person so I could see the rock and that they would be keeping 20% of my payment as a restocking fee for returning the order. The bait and switch cost me money from my project. I’m fortunate that the homeowner was present to see what they advertised vs what they delivered. It cost two customers today.

UPDATE.... today I received a phone call with the corporate office. He was very receptive to my side, and offered something that I was looking for to begin with me. An apology... he had looked at the catalog, and saw the difference between what I ordered and what I got. I’m happy that he called. If I order from now on, I’ll make sure I know what I’m ordering to avoid confusion, but it was nice to have the conversation.

Yes they have a nice selection of stuff. But I don’t know if these guys are smoking crack with their prices. Crushed shells they wanted $275 out the door for a yard. Jesse James used a gun. Or, you can make the 20 minute drive north to Saint Augustine to Sea Mount ventures and pay $80 a yard…I mean, if you like saving $195….😏

Kenny was so helpful! Palm Coast store- ask for him. He moved two rocks for me by hand, that were almost 100 pounds each, just so I could better see 2 rocks buried below. Such a nice guy and the lady in the office was also so helpful with prices. We bought 3 rocks over 300 pounds total and he made sure we were loaded up safely, too.
