This is awful customer service. I ordered my girlfriend flowers from here and had them delivered. My card was charged 77 dollars. I received a call 5 minutes after submitting my payment saying they were not able to process the payment. Which the 77 came off my card. I advised the lady that called that I was charged and she said it would be returned back to me. I was advised that i needed to pay again. I paid and never got my 77 returned back to me. One payment went through and the other one says pending. I called the shop yesterday and was told that I was only charged once. Which was not the truth. I am a GM for Planet Fitness. When I’m in the wrong I help my customers and make everything right. They acted like they wasn’t interested in helping me. I will never go back and will tell everyone i know not to go there either.

I ordered through a third party flower service and received flowers from this location. I paid almost $75 for a big beautiful bouquet. However, when they arrived, the flowers were less than spectacular and nothing like the picture. The flowers I received I could’ve put together myself and this ruined my Valentine’s Day surprise. I have attached a picture of the flowers I received as well as the ones I ordered. What really angered me was the fact I paid extra money for a bigger bouquet, but the one I received had just TWO roses in it, whereas the one I ordered had at least six. In addition, the bouquet I received had significantly more greenery than flowers, which was not how the bouquet I ordered was portrayed. I was generous with my assessment of two stars because the flowers were pretty, just nowhere near what I ordered. I was very disappointed.

I asked Stephanie’s to do a floral arrangement for a classmates funeral last week. I didn’t care what kind of flowers as long as it was purple and white (Holt High School class of 88). They did not disappoint. They were beautiful, Thank you!!!!

This is my first and last time doing business with Stephanie's Flowers. I ordered a yellow and white bouquet with a vase for my mother's birthday. I ordered online on Saturday for a Monday delivery before 2. I paid nearly $70 for these flowers.
The flowers were delivered before 2. I recieved confirmation of delivery, which I appreciate.
Unfortunatly, the flowers delivered look nothing like what was pictured. (I'll post photos). I ordered a yellow and white bouquet with greenery. I did recieve notice with my receipt that sometimes substitutions are made, but flowers that closest match what were orderd would be chosen.
The flowers recieved were not within the color scheme I ordered. There is significantly more pink flowers than yellow, the bouquet isn't put together very pretty, there is a side of the bouquet with greenery and one rose and the rest of the flowers are off to the other side. Overall it's not symmetrical, not pretty, not what I ordered or imagined and some flowers look like they are dying and aren't fresh.
I contacted Stephanie's to see what went wrong. I was met with a very friendly lady. She spoke with her manager who said that substitutions had to be made, the flowers are fresh they just used a "special type of yellow rose" and long stemmed alstroemeria (the pink flowers hanging). That's why they may appear to be hanging so they can be see and this to explain why the yellow rose looks dull.
I was told I could come in to swap out flowers, but that it was unlikely to change much.
This is where the conversation ended. No additional help was offered and I was just cited the substitution policy again.

Upon 1st walkin in store i was greeted by employee saying "hey whut are u doin?" While i was lookin at stuffed animals (Ma'am i am not your friend or your friendly co-worker). Is this seriously how u greet your customers daily? When i was ready to pay for my bear i handed girl cashier my debit card & she didnt even hand it back to me she laid it on the counter. Gave me my receipt & didnt even bother to put my stuffed bear in a bag nor did she say "thank you have a great day & come again" or anything similiar. Great bear though even though it over priced ($17.50) it an $8 bear at most?‍♂️

Miss Diane and Stephanie's Florist are a gem!
We had a sympathy need during the July 4th holiday weekend and Miss Diane was kind enough to come in while they were closed and do an amazing arrangement for the memorial of our loved one. She was kind and thoughtful, listened to our wishes and FAR exceeded our expectation of a beautiful memorial! Thank you for a wonderful experience during a difficult time.
