They had what we needed... river rocks and railroad ties. Delivery was timely and well done. Office and delivery staff were friendly, easy to work with, and concerned about doing a great job for us. We will use again!

Unfriendly inside staff to busy looking at there nails and being stuck up I spend a couple of grand there easy a month and I won't be going back!

I showed up there with my sons trying to get a Christmas tree for 30 bucks. Thats all i could do...there was a couple of younger cats that told me to go talk to this older gentleman out there with back brace and we started talking then he went inside came out and said any tree is for free I started welling up.......he told me not to cry ...but i did. another nice young lady came out told me Merry Christmas and have a good holiday true blessing thank you very much I'll never forget it

If I could rate lower I would. Both times I've been in there the lady I dealt with older lady with short hair and very butch seemed so bothered by any questions. Today I went to spend 1100 bucks on railroad ties. Asked if I could get them a dollar or 2 cheaper bc they were in very very poor condition and I was buying a big load. She declined. I said ok can I sort through them and get the ones I want if I load them. She said no you've got to take them the way they put them with the forklift. Over 75 percent of these ties aren't usable at all! So I told her I'll take my business elsewhere She said "that's fine you do that you won't find em better for a better price." OH so I went not even a half mile up on the same road and Jackson Building Supply had them with better quality for cheaper and was willing to help load and let me sort. Thank God I checked them before I went in a d didn't pay 1100 to come outside seeing them load a bunch of unusable product. If she can't return them to the supplier or trade them out she shouldn't try to stick it to the customer that's just bad business.

Called the store 5 different times to see if they had coastal hay since I was driving from Middleburg. No one would answer. 3 of the 5 times i called however someone picked up and then hung up. Very bad customer service in my opinion.
