Gorgeous, as expected. I've never been disappointed in flowers ordered from Shirley's. The teapot arrangements for our daughter's tea party baby shower were breathtaking. Thank you, for once again adding your special, artistic touch to a cherished family event.

Out of town buyer who was very pleased with my purchase. Thought the arrangement was beautiful, liked the email update that it was delivered, and the family that received it during their time of sadness loved it. It basically was a same day order and was delivered at 12:47 p.m. that day. I purchased the Graceful Devotion Funeral Flowers and attached pic of what I received. I would definitely use Shirley's again.

I was at a funeral lately and several of us went together for some flowers for a funeral. This was the simplist arrangement with a lot of greenery and a few red roses on a stand. There was a small wooden cross and 3 white doves. Shirley's charged $400! I could not believe it. I've used them before and for the most part been satisfied. But, I was embarrassed with this one.

OUT OF TOWN BUYERS BEWARE: RIPPED OFF** SAME AS OTHER REVIEWS
my out of town family ordered a $100 medium floral arrangement to honor our loved one. We got a very small arrangement (pictured below 4” x 4”plain vase). When I called and asked how this was worth $100, the florist gave me excuses: online pictures could be deceiving; the cost of the vase was expensive, shipping costs, etc. They did not agree to send more flowers at no extra charge, so I paid AN ADDITIONAL $100 to avoid the embarrassment it caused my family to be represented by the tiny arrangement we already spent $100 on. No apology or offers to make it right, but they certainly accepted more money!! This added grief upon grief for my family.

All I can say is great and great business. Prices are reasonable, clean environment, friendly service, on time delivery/service, creative, fresh flowers, and convenient location. There are no cons in this particular post. My aunt loves her bouquet of flowers. She really need the cheering up.

Wonderful store, great customer service, overall great experience. Would never order online again with such quality and expertise local, like Shirley’s. This is the fall color arrangement riding home with me tonight, custom arranged upon request within 20 minutes of me walking in the door.

Shirley and her staff hussled to secure a couple of dozen Red and also Yellow Roses for My special someone. I called while traveling from Atlanta to Trussville, and they immediately searched, then secured my flowers from their wholesaler. By the time I arrived they had retrieved these beautiful flowers, and I was on my way. Big Hit with my Valentine.
