I live out of state and my sister was recently released from a lengthy hospital stay. I ordered flowers on Sheila's website for her for delivery the next day. The online ordering process was easy to navigate and user friendly. The next morning Sheila called me to let me know she was out of tulips and gave me other options to use for the bouquet. I really appreciated this because other florists I have used did a substitution without notifying me or asking for my input. I understand substitutions are sometimes a necessary thing in the floral business but I was really pleased with the communication I received from Sheila's. The bouquet was exactly what was described online (except for the tulips) and my sister was very pleased with what she received. If I ever need to send flowers in the Galt area again I will be using Sheila's.

Looks just like the picture! I placed the order online- then called to make sure she received it. She was so polite- took the time to make sure she had all the flowers featured in the online photo and assured me she would take care of it! I’m so happy with the arrangement! All great flowers and it looks beautiful!

I was very surprised to see the flowers that were in this bouquet for a $50 arrangement. It surely did not seem very full and it surely didn’t seem like it had very many expensive flowers maybe one or two roses the rest were daisies and fill ins. Very surprised!
I do have to say Lori from This florist, gave me a call and wanted to make it better on the next bouquet that I order from them. Because of her call and time spent and thoughtfulness she changed my review from two stars to four stars.

Thank you Sheila's for carefully delivering my Boyfriend's Mother her Mother's Day arrangement. She was very surprised, and ecstatic to receive such a beautiful arrangement.
