Pedi UN areglo de flores para mi esposa me tome el tiempo de traerles globos para el areglo de flores por que no tenian globos en la floreria

EL AREGLO DE FLORES NO FUE ENTREGADO cuando hable a la floreria medieron tantas escusas que tube que manejar asta la tienda para poder canselar la order y recojer mis globos que les avia entregado.

Cuando llege a la floreria con mucho sinismo me jido espere a fuera si quiere que le cancele su orden.

Espere afuera por 5 minutes y muy tranquila me dijo aqui estan sus globos

Senti tanto coraje que mejor me di la buelta y me fui.

Por eso ESCRIBO ESTO PARA QUE TENGAN CUIDADA CON ESAS FECHAS ESPECIALES Y ESCOJAN OTRA FLORERIA.

My boyfriend purchased flowers that came from Serrano Flowers, they were beautiful but not what was expected and my bf called to make a complaint and we were promised a new bouquet, then got a phone call from the lady over at the flower shop and she had so much attitude said she was calling because she was worried about a bad review and then said it wasn’t her fault they weren’t right and that she was going to fight giving us another bouquet, we said we weren’t even writing a review and she said that was the last thing she was worried about…right. The next day we get an email saying a new one was being delivered, was marked as delivered and we never received anything. Needless so say we went elsewhere. Never again. Rude and unprofessional. And now gets a bad review when we weren’t even going to write one in the first place.

A huge "Thank You" to Serrano Flowers! They did a beautiful job on the funeral spray that I ordered for my ex husband (I know weird, but we've always been friends). It looked exactly like the online photo. They also assisted me in making sure that the flowers got to the right place at the right time. Many of the attendees commented on how beautiful the flowers were.
