Buen servicio y flores frescas.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Efran is very two faced. I hired him for my wedding and he promised me this beautiful arch for my wedding that was nothing but empty promises. The arch looked like I hired some random to just throw baby’s breath on a piece of wood. My mom came back 3 weeks later since news flash I went on my honeymoon and moved to ask for some type of compensation for something that was not up to par (mind you my bouquet was also the same as the bridesmaids) and he started yelling, acting a fool in front of everyone and my mother saying we weren’t getting any form of compensation and that my bouquet was different even though he wasn't even there to do the job and we had pictures proving they were all the same but he didn’t want to see or hear any of it. The bouquets were also not even what I showed him, it’s as if they just made it however they wanted. Overall, customer service is terrible and this is no way to treat a customer who paid A LOT of money. I’m all about supporting small business but the way my mom was treated (since SHE PAID) was very disrespectful and unprofessional to say the least. We’ll never be coming here again. Oh and attached are the poor bouquets he claimed were “not the same”

I used to buy flowers & arrangements here all the time because the flowers were fresh & it WAS reasonable! I would recommend S & E Flowers to all my family & friends until I purchased flowers & didn't notice the mold until I got home ? I called & spoke to owner who is very rude & disrespectful. I will not be returning or refer anyone there! PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE, there are many wholesale shops locally that have supplies, beautiful fresh flowers and are clean, kind & reasonable! ?

Best flowers and best prices around. I dont buy my flowers anywhere else. For any occasion, this is the go to spot. Yari,Julio, and the rest of the crew are always so helpful. All I say is I need a bouquet of bright flowers and they whip it together in 10 min. While I wait, or call it in. Best customer service, very professional, they have any flower you can imagine. Keep up the great work S & E. They also deliver as well.

The flowers chosen for the arrangements, bridal bouquet, and bridesmaids bouquets were all mixed up. While it was too late to fix the arrangements the day of the wedding, the business was contacted afterwards regarding compensation for their significant mistake.
They responded with anger/hostility and went off stating we “wouldn’t be getting crap”. Choose a different florist or take extreme caution with these people if you want to ensure your wedding turns out perfect. This business lacks the attention to detail needed for this type of profession. We regret going through this business. If we can stop anyone from making the same mistake we did then at least some good came from this.
Any business that can’t admit to or correct a mistake on their part probably shouldn’t be in business.

Gave him specific directions of how we wanted him to decorate and he did the opposite, I went in for a resolution and he didn’t even want to hear me out. DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

This guy was NOT HAVING A GOOD DAY. We touch a rose and he said “you touch you buy” and gave us a Dirty look! We laughed but he rolled his eyes on us. Definitely he was Not joking.
