I rate this at 3 because the last three times I've been here there were prices differences from the shelf to it ringing up. And all three times I was given attitude (and even an eye roll) cause they weren't wanting to give me the shelf price cause their handhelds said different and I made them each walk to the shelf with me to look. The store itself I like but their customer service skills stink.

Haven't had the opportunity to use the trailer dolly. It was easy to put together, and appears to be as advertised, heavy duty. Not too impressed with the condition of the box upon delivery. Luckily, it doesn't appear trailer dolly was damaged.

Always go here for dog food, flea mess, household etc. I can find anything at this store!! I even found zip ties small enough for my aquarium.

Rural King in Murphysboro is always a great trip (except during summer plant season when they kill all thier plants) nice clean store, and friendly staff. Good deals on most things

Bryce and Blair were very helpful today, I was in and out in no time. I had a few exchanges to take care of and Bryce was very personable and quick. Blair did a wonderful job hanging signs for the building. 10/10 would shop again

After 10 days (5 working) I still had not received confirmation on my order. I called and was helped by a very nice young lady, 3 days later my order arrived although I never did received any confirmation. The box arrived and was pretty beat up, fortunately its a sturdy item so no damage done. As this was my first order from Rural King I'm not sure if the delay was due to the item I ordered or if this is standard wait time. Will I place another order from Rural King, probably.
