The best decision my husband and I ever made was to build a home with Maronda Homes. May God bless always Mark Sherry and Hal (construction manager). They have helped my husband and I from the beginning to very end of the entire process. Mark was informative and kept my husband and I up to date on the entire building process along with paper work. Hal the construction manager went above and beyond to make our home come out exactly the way my husband and I dreamed of. Hal is not only a hard worker but, a trustworthy and respectful construction manager to work with. I will recommend him to anyone who would want to build their home with Maronda to build with Hal. I appreciate everyone for helping our family to build the dream home we have been praying and hoping for. God is good!

The first person I met with Maronda was Kathy at the Hexam office. I felt like I knew her forever. She was very friendly and answered every question my wife or I had. The second person was Matt, the construction supervisor. He went above and beyond on walk the through and went over every detail.

The only thing I would complain about is there were minor problems with plumbing and cabinet work that if the workers took there time it would have been noticed. I did notify Matt and the warranty department and they had a crew out to my house immediately who were professional and fixed the problems.

I was very scared at first going with Maronda after reading so many bad reviews, but my wife and I are very happy with our NEW HOME.

I recently had a home built in the Royal Highlands neighborhood through Maronda Homes. I met with Grace LoSacco-Warniment at the Centralia office. She was absolutely wonderful and made the process easy and exciting! Hal was my construction manager and he was also wonderful to work with. Throughout the build they both kept me updated on the progress and quickly answered any questions I had. Everything turned out exactly how I wanted. I am so in love with my new home and neighborhood and I’m looking forward to many happy years here.

My husband and myself are first time home buyer's and I have to say. After months of our offers being denied on bidding for homes. That Maronda was the best decision ever. When we went to the location on Hexum and met with Mark Sherry. He made our decision so easy. We were greeted like people. Not how we had been greeted at every other location/builders/communities we visited during our process. Maronda and Mark made this very stressful time a lot easier. He kept in touch throughout the whole process. He kept us informed on everything. There was only one thing I would have to complain about and that's the color of our home being mixed up and not correct. But after almost 2 years. We were just happy to finally close and move in. I would definitely recommend Maronda to anyone and Mark Sherry.
