We stopped by this flower stand before leaving the Outlet because we wanted to get flowers to leave for my wife grandparents grave. It worked out for us because I was looking for a flower store or stand in the Outlet on Google maps and saw this one. I came here first to look at their prices and selection of flowers and I thought it was reasonable. So I came back with my wife and she started looking at the selections. The woman working there said she can work within your budget and built a custom one for us. My wife didn't want that and chose the bouquet with the sunflowers.

I am giving Royal Blooms my highest praise.

Planned a trip to Disneyland to celebrate my wife's birthday and purchased a bouquet for delivery from here. They were very easy to communicate with because they do texting and IG.

Spent $100 on the whole arrangement, including delivery fee. I asked for the flowers to be delivered to our hotel so that it could be in our room when we arrived and my wife would be surprised.

Disappointingly, when we arrived, the flowers were not there. (We arrived around 10 or 10:30pm bc of a later flight and we got dinner when we landed).

The next morning, I texted Royal Blooms to find out what happened. They confirmed delivery had been complete and said it was left with the concierge. I said I would try to figure out what happened at the hotel then.

There was no communication the rest of the day because we were at Disneyland and I was playing phone tag with our hotel to find out where the flowers were. At some point, I was able to get a hold of the concierge who confirmed that the flowers had been delivered the day before and delivered to our room this morning after we had left.

Around 6:30pm, I got a message from Royal Blooms saying that they delivered a couple of other items to make up for the botched delivery. I was incredibly surprised because the hotel was the one that didn't complete the delivery. Royal Blooms did everything they were supposed to. I was flabbergasted by how thoughtful this florist was.

Throughout all of our communications, Royal Blooms was professional, polite, and punctual. They went above and beyond what they need to do. Not only that, the arrangement they put together was absolutely stunning and my wife loved it.

Sharing photos. The bouquet is what we ordered. The bear and the glass rose were the extras. I can't praise Royal Blooms enough. They are fantastic.

Love this unassuming little stand and the outstanding customer service from Giovanni. Like everyone else mentioned in their yelps reviews— Gio is SO kind and so passionate about what he does. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I needed. I was little skeptical at first since I’m very used to getting more expensive arrangements/bouquets from those traditional florists with fancy stores and walk-in flower fridges. Gio showed me how fantastic the bouquets can be if the owner pours his heart into it. AND it’s so much cheaper too. Will definitely come back again in the future! Thanks again Giovanni!
