My son, Greg V. lives in Southern Calif.My birthday is 2 days before Christmas and is always lost in the hustle and bustle of Christmas. He sent me a bouquet from Rocklin Florist. He has never been here and must’ve just picked a florist near our new home off of Whitney. It is the most beautiful bouquet I’ve probably ever gotten! Seven days later, the flowers are fresh and holding up well. The roses aren’t just some hot house rose that wilt in one day. They are BIG, beautiful and frilly and firm as are the stargazer lilies and the stock. Their perfume is so fragrant. It fills the entire living space of our house. And the filler flowers are beautiful and unique along with the fern and other greenery. My son is on a very fixed budget and no telling what this cost him but I can tell you it was worth every cent to me. I sent him pictures again today. I’ve also let my husband know where a great flower shop is close to our home!!! Mostly I just want to thank you for doing such a special job for my son who probably just pulled your name off of the Internet!

Thank you Rocklin for the beautiful flower arrangements! I ordered from afar to send condolences to family. They arrived the next day and look just like the online images. Customer service is also top notch! They called me in the morning to confirm the order, delivery and to take off the double charge for shipping. I would highly recommend their services and use them again in the future. ❤️

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Arrived to pick up my daughter-in-laws bouquet and was immediately disappointed by the wilted appearance and the brown flowers. I pointed out the appearance and was told that due to the power outage no wholesaler had flowers. I should have been offered an immediate apology or discount even though my son had already paid. Not only did the flowers appear wilted, they didn't look like the inspiration pictures that were provided. When my son called to express his displeasure, he was met with insults about us being poor and stupid. The absolute worst treatment ever. Then they wanted to talk about me (the person who picked them up) saying I have fake hair, etc. Very disappointed that someone would run their business in such a manner. We are a family of successful business owners and couldn't imagine treating any customer like this. The owner should be ashamed. Very unprofessional.

So disappointed in the corsage that was made for my son's corsage...especially after extensive detailed conversation where I felt I relayed the expectation to be full roses to create a larger and full corsage. The boutonnière was beautiful and expected . I was expecting same size roses to be used in the corsage.

The worst customer service. When talking to the owner she was rude and had no sympathy or apology that the flowers that they gave were wilted and horribly dying. They were supposed to make a beautiful wedding bouquet and did not succeed. If it was possible I would not even rate this a one star, I rate this zero stars and I will never recommend this place or go back. Definitely lost customers with this one.

This place is ridiculous. It’s ran by four sisters: Julia, Natalie & two others. They obviously don’t talk to each other because no one ever knows what’s going on.

They almost ruined my wedding because the flowers we received from them were dead, brown, and wilted. I had to go running around downtown, 3 hours before my wedding to find a shop to REMAKE my flowers because the one I received from Rocklin Florists was a disgrace. They say they’ve been doing this for 45 years, maybe you should stop now, your customer service is horrible and so are your flowers.

We tried to get a refund and they denied it, but commented on our review saying they “refunded us” BUT THEY DID NOT.

They belittled us in person and over the phone.
You should watch how you treat your customers because you never know how much of an impact this one transaction can make on your entire business.

I ordered $350 worth of flowers for Valentine’s Day and was told that they would be delivered by 6 PM. No delivery whatsoever. No phone call saying that they would not be there call the next day three times before getting an answer and their responses, the driver left them at the door, which they absolutely did not, as I have cameras, to prove it. Very dissatisfied and will never use this company again.
