AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
My BF, overseas, bought flowers from their web site and requested a specific delivery day. Not only wasn't it done, they never delivered at all, nor contacted him back to tell him. He emailed several times, and got no response. He finally had to tell me about it, and after arguing with them, I had to go in person to pick up my very own, very low-quality bouquet. Worst of all, the woman acted like it was our fault, and wasn't going to refund the delivery fee even tho I had to pick the flowers up!

I ordered flowers for mothers day. The flowers were overpriced but we bought them since we couldn't be with my mom. They never delivered the flowers. When we called they refused to make it right and the owner would not call us back. They delivered them a day late even after we said we wanted a refund and now they won't return any if my calls.

I live on the East Coast and wanted to send some flowers to a special person in Bisbee Az, so I called the Roadrunner florist and ordered roses. They didn't deliver the roses that day because I had given them an incorrect address.

The next day they delivered beautiful roses to the right address and to the right special person. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, elegant to be sure.

Thank You Roadrunner, I'll be ordering more for St. Valentine's Day,

I had an arrangement sent to our daughter for Mother's Day. When my daughter received them at her place of work she commented that if is by far the most beautiful arrangements that she has ever received. I would recommend them to all. I especially loved the Bells of Ireland in the arrangement. Thank You Roadrunner Florist job well done!

Horrible service. I live out of state & ordered flowers for Mother's Day & they didn't deliver them. When I called & asked why I was told that there were refunds give & that I would have to talk to the owner. No phone call to tell me they couldn't do them. They just didn't do them.

I also order flowers for Mothers Day and not only were they no delivered, I cannot get anyone at the florist to pick up the phone. I'll deal with this through my credit card company. Do Not Purchase from this retailer

Been looking calling for 3 days to see if they still do Avas flowers. it says so on google but when I called to double check it rings 5 times then I get "the assigned mailbox has not been set up". Then it just disconnects me.
