I can't say enough about how happy we are to have found Michael and Ringer Landscape! We had tried several other companies with disastrous results and were starting to give up hope that we would find a good partner in this area. In our first meeting, we explained what we were looking for and shared a doc with requirements, likes and dislikes. We also explained that we needed to see the design in 3D because we don't know enough about plants to visualize the results from a 2D design. This is possible with Ringler's custom software without a big charge (others we worked with charged a significant upcharge for 3D rendering). In short order, we had our first design that reflected deep listening and attention to details in our doc. Within 2 quick revisions -- which we did in real time over zoom while accommodating our busy work schedules -- we had a plan we loved for the front of our house, including adding a walkway. The installation happened quickly and professionally. When we ran into small problems, they were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. They are responsive. For all the value they provide, their prices are reasonable. We are now extending our collaboration to the rest of our 10-acre horse farm and have contracted with them to do all of our maintenance.

Ringler Landscape did an outstanding job overhauling the landscaping for our entire yard—both front and back. I didn’t think we were the kind of people who could hire a “landscape designer”. But Mike makes the process very approachable. He came out to discuss what we wanted and then for a small design fee gave us access to an app where we could choose plants, tress, etc that we liked. He then provided three renderings of design ideas. We worked with him to tweak things to our liking and then he put his crew to work.

Fortunately we were equally impressed with his crew. This is typically the point in any project where we start to get extremely frustrated. You know how it goes—you talk to a salesman and then the workers who arrive seem to have an incomplete understanding of the scope of a job. Not so with Ringler landscape! His site manager Jim works very hard to make sure that everything is implemented as you expect. He is very customer service focused.

This is one of those rare companies that actually tries to go above and beyond. You can tell that they want to provide great service and that they are very proud of the quality of their work. They are true professionals. It was the most stress free project we’ve undertaken in 20 years. Thank you Ringler Landscape!
