I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed and will never order flowers from Riley’s. I placed an online order for my mother and the flower arrangement she received looks NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO ONLINE.

I sent my fiancé to grab flowers for Mother’s Day, apparently they had fresh unopened Lillie’s but the lady hand picked these flowers, he said that the lady purposely hand picked the ones that were old because the new ones were “ not ready yet” but there were an abundance of new ones that she could have picked from. She handed him these old and destroyed flowers. She said it was an accident that they had so many new ones that haven’t opened yet. Would have loved one of those! These flowers were for 40$. I’m so upset this is unacceptable! You are better off buying flowers from Vons. I called and spoke with the lady and she said there is nothing they can do about it but to come in. We’re not able to because we’re already an 40 min away. I should have checked the flowers but I trusted they would be fresh! Boy I was wrong! I emailed them the pictures.

Stephanie was able to accommodate an order from afar! I wanted to surprise my best friend with a bridal bouquet and Stephanie was so awesome about making this happen and in my budget! I thank her for being so kind and easy to work with. I'd recommend her to anybody I know! My best friend LOVED her bridal bouquet- perfect for the courthouse!

Thank you for the lovely flowers! We initially got 1 bouquet one day but then came back the next day for another bouquet for a thanksgiving gathering. Both were so beautiful and everyone loved them. Will definitely come back here for flowers next time we’re in town.
