Spyce and John were easy to work with, knowledgeable and flexible. They took our budget into consideration when designing our garden, along with our preferences and concerns. Their team was efficient, professional and communicative and we are very happy with the results! They extended an old rock wall by hand placing stones so it was all cohesive and the result was beautiful! They were able to keep the rustic charm that we fell in love with when we bought our home. We spend so much more time in the backyard, enjoying the sound of our new fountain, and watching the hummingbirds and bees buzz around our flowers.

Rendered Stone did an absolutely fantastic job, from start to finish, building a patio for our backyard. In the ideation stage, they were detailed and thoughtful, walking us through various options and helping us understand the relative value of certain decisions. The outcome of those conversations led to a better, more cost-effective project plan. From there, they were extremely communicative about the timeline to complete the work and engaged us to make important decisions along the way. I can't say enough about how careful and focused they were on every detail, both in terms of design and functionality. Because of that, we have a beautiful patio with an effective drainage system that easily handled our massive rain storms this winter! Lastly, and most importantly to us, they were fun and easy to work with, a true pleasure. Highly recommend!

I hired Rendered Stone to weed and cut back a very overgrown garden at surrounding my new house. They did a great job and I have continued to use them for ongoing yard and garden maintenance. The do a great job with upkeep and one of the owners, John, checks in to see how they are doing and what gardening goals I have. They maintain the sprinkler system, feed the plants, and prune back bushes in an artistic way so that everything looks gorgeous and balanced. The other owner, Spyce, is crystal clear with communications regarding shifts in staff or appointment dates and times. I can't recommend them enough!

Rendered Stone has done two landscaping projects at my house, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The front of our house was drab and flat, with plants that weren't performing well. RS added boulders, a variety of plants and trees, an irrigation system, and mulch. A year into the project, their plantings have grown in to a full, beautiful California landscape that friends comment on.

More recently, RS built planter boxes so we can plant tomatoes, squash, and greens. They handled all aspects of the project: site grading, construction, clearing brush, and irrigation. The boxes are beautiful and functional.
