I recently visited this shop that sells and repairs Husqvarna lawn care equipment and was blown away by the level of service and expertise provided by their staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a willingness to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The staff members were incredibly knowledgeable about their products and were able to answer all of my questions with ease.

Not only were they helpful in assisting me with my purchase, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my decision. I never felt pressured to buy anything and felt like the staff genuinely cared about helping me find the right product for my needs. Heck, they even changed the chain on my chainsaw and cleaned it up a bit as I waited, which took all of about 10 minutes.

I will definitely be returning for all of my future lawn care needs.

Reid's mower repair among other services is the BEST company in the area. Honest, friendly & caring. My spouse recently passed & I'm short. I needed to somehow reach the brake pedal. So, I called and received friendly hello, how can we help. Told the owner David my issue. Sent him photos of the underneath of the seat, and he walked me through the process to adjust. Works great, very happy and pleased with kindness of this company. Check out Reid's, you will not be disappointed in the service. I will be sticking with Reid's for my equipment repair/services. I have used this company for over 15 years and never received bad service until recently. I took my working mower to get the valve adjusted and they called two weeks later to say the motor is not good. Bad experience.

When Conway mower near me closed a few years ago my neighbor who has a lawn business recommended this place and so glad he did. Very honest and knowledgeable friendly folks. Even the owner David waits on customers at the counter. They treat even first time customers as family. I will never go anywhere else. I don't post many reviews unless I am either very happy or very dissatisfied with a place and this place is just one of those that makes me very happy with every visit.
