Our first purchase was flawless however we needed more panels and after almost 2 weeks of waiting for very common sizes, we were told it will take an additional week for them to be finished. I paid the full amount for everything and still don't have the panels after two weeks. We were told everything would be ready in 5 to 7 days. Feeling frustrated.

As an update to this review, we realized after the long wait there was a back-log of requests due to "el-nino". Regardless, Rarin-To-Go kept us updated and accommodated our needs. I won't go elsewhere for panels or shelters as these guys have always been great to deal with.

Stay away from doing business with this company!
They are most in ethical people I have ever tried to do business with.
Placed a order for $2,121.12 for horse corrals on August 19th over the phone with Ashley.
They were scheduled to deliver on the following Tuesday August 23rd.
I called Ashley on Saturday August 20th to cancel the stock order.
Ashley said they already billed my credit card & I would have to talk with the owner Randy who was out on a delivery.
I told Ashley I don't need to talk with the owner - just cancel my order and send me a copy of the full credit. Ashley said there would be a 15% restocking fee. I told her that does not fly & they never disclosed any restock fees or anything when I place the order. the owner refused to issue the full credit and now as of today - still no credits .
Stay away from these crooks. I have spoken with my Credit Card company and they have reassured me what Rarin To GO Horse Corrals has no grounds to bill my credit card.
If you like a Hassle - do business with these guys - you have been warned!

I suggest you buy from anybody else but these characters.
As of today - they still have not issued credit for $2,121.12.
Keep in mind I cancelled the order , never took delivery and now they refuse to issue a full credit. They don't deserve even one star!

The gates don't have latches so included n what you pay for are double ended snaps and chains. The chains I got were too small and flimsy to even fit the snaps. I could break it never mind a horse rubbing on it or slamming into it. The gauge on this panels, and my fault for not knowing, is so flimsy that the day after I installed them as run outs for my barn, my horse bent the gate and the pole we bought from them to concrete in and clamp the corral panels to. He can't use his runout nor can the horse next to him as the gap between the barn and the first panel is now dangerous. Waste of a ton of money. Go elsewhere.
