On February 7th, around 1:45 p.m. in the afternoon, I encountered a frustrating situation at the self-checkout. Before purchasing my items, I needed assistance and politely asked the nearby employee, "Excuse me, can you help me?" He acknowledged me, saying he'd "be right with" me. However, what followed was a display of dismissive behavior. He finished assisting the customer not in self-checkout and proceeded to help another customer, then he returned to his podium to aid yet another individual, all while I remained waiting. Honestly, I was shocked. Working in the grocery business myself, I understand the importance of prioritizing customer service. The treatment I received was unacceptable, and it became clear that this particular employee lacked essential customer service skills. I didn't catch his name, but as I exited the store, I sarcastically called out, "Thanks for your help," as he attended to another customer. Whether he heard me or not is irrelevant.

This review only goes towards the hot wok. I don’t understand the business practices this 3rd party vendor uses for selling food. They stop making any fresh food by 4pm everyday. It’s difficult to get any food here if you work like most people do. They keep the same food until 6pm or sold out. All while boxing and bagging the food so you can’t even inspect the quality of it. I hate having to give them a 1 star because they have the best Peking pork but I never get to have it because of their awful business practices.

Being right across the street from the hotel is very convenient. Raleys is a very clean store but it is the staff they are all so very nice. Was very easy to find what I needed in a short time. Had several recommendations from both the staff and customers on various items there i love it. Will definitely be back.

Overpriced nonsense. Everything is okay, but the highest prices around. The chocolate marble cake is all cheap white cake with a marbled top layer so it looks like you're getting the real thing. Why not just do it right and retain customers.

Raleys Pharmacy in Jackson has gone from great to I wish I could give it negative stars. Every time I call, I'm asked to hold and no one comes back on the line. I've waited over 20 minutes each time I've called. It's useless to try to talk to their pharmacy. I know everyone is busy, but Raleys no longer makes customer service a top priority. Sad that they seem to not care anymore. I will be going elsewhere.

Extremely nice employees and extremely fair pricing. I will be returning! Better prices than the grocery stores around. I paid a total of $23 for a pound of ground beef, 4 marinated chicken breasts and some maple bacon. This comes out to being 11 servings for my family which comes out to being $2 per serving for meat! From my experience buying the same things (plain version not marinated) at a grocery store would come out to being $32 at raleys and $37 at safeway. I enjoyed the atmosphere and it was not as intimidating as I expected. Great prices, easy access (like a midpoint between raleys, Walmart and safeway), and plenty of kind people to answer questions if I had any. Give it a look-see if you haven't already.

Produce is all fresh, meats are great. Things are pricy but it is everywhere right now. You get the best prices using the app. Love $5 Mondays

I have shopped at Raley’s in Jackson, CA for nearly 25 years. I have always been a very satisfied customer until current Store Director Jason and Assistant Director Sean began their reign. They have brought the store and its moral to an all time low. They have poor management skills and it definitely shows. Very sad to witness. I will not return to the store to shop until they are gone. I’ve taken many, many customers with me and I’ll continue to spread the word.
