I have been a customer of Quality Marine for about two years now. Ordering from Quality Marine is very simple with their intuitive web portal and up to date stock lists. Quality Marine consistently has thousands of fish available for sale as well as a large freshwater selection as well. I buy both saltwater and freshwater fish and products from quality. And I have very high amounts of success With my fish reaching my retail customers healthy. the Sales manager Ryan was able to quickly and efficiently get my new QM set up and they are happy to provide advanced service and support for my business account! Additionally, My sales rep, Jake has become fast friends with me and he consistently picks up phone calls both during work hours and after hours to assist me with business related questions and he truly goes the extra mile to ensure I have the best possible experience bringing in my Fish for my retail store. The prices at Quality Marine are quite fair and the fish more often than not come in looking happy and healthy. Even many finicky saltwater species are quick to adapt to their new environment and are eating quickly after delivery. I made Quality Marine a fundamental part of my business and it has paid off for me. I highly recommend Quality Marine over all other aquatic wholesalers in the area.

I have been using Quality Marine for many years, about 16 or so. Seeing the how they have held a high standard for from the time I was a hobbiest to now owning my own store helps.

I really do like that they have a vast variety of both fresh and saltwater with some not so bad corals. Having place to be a one stop shop makes keeping the shop stocked up easier.

Over time I have had many great reps each one as good if not better than the last. The team I am currently working with now, Jake aka (Pookie) and Ryan, are very patient with me as I tend to be a little needy. Even though they won't admit it, I know. They both are super chill and have made me more like family then just some guy who buys fish from them.

Over all i am happy to keep doing business with them for many years to come.keep up the good work boys!

Ryan will give you the run around to open your account due to not showing one picture after showing tax id certificate and showing pictures of my store that matched everything. Worst wholesale opening experience ever!! They lost a customer at the end of the day

I wanted to share a quick experience I had with Quality Marine. Long story short I upgraded my tank and bought a Vecton Titan 850 to install on the new tank. I ran the unit a few hours a day for less than a week. One day I plugged in the pump then shortly after the vecton 850. Once plugged in I heard a loud pop. I immediately unplugged the unit and the pump. I had to unmount the vecton titan and take it apart to get to the bulb. Once looking at the bulb, I noticed a Crack down by the filament. I was pretty disappointed and immediately contacted TMC which is over in the UK. A few days later TMC sends me an email telling me to reach out to Quality Marine since im in the United States. I sent an email and within a couple days Quality Marine calls me. I was pretty impressed because they could've emailed me regarding my situation. However, Noah at Quality Marine reached out to talk to me. Noah was absolutely amazing to deal with. He made sure that the unit was till good and asked a few questions to try to diagnose the problem. Noah was incredibly helpful and great to talk with. I feel like Noah and Quality Marine went above and beyond. They handled the situation quickly and cared about the customer . I am so happy that I know my product is backed by a company like Quality Marine. It was such a breath of fresh air to deal with someone like Noah. Thank you Noah and thank you Quality Marine!!!
