Recomiendo esta floristería es muy amable oportuna y sobre todo tiene arreglos muy bonitos y preciso les pedí ayuda que alegrarán un poco el estado de ánimo de mi hija y me obsequiaron globos me lo hicieron llegar súper puntual hasta el hospital gracias port royal florist

Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with my Mother's Day order. I had an order set up for delivery on Friday before the holiday. We're within 5 miles and they said delivery would be $20 but charged me $30. I called on Thursday to ask about that and to edit the message on the card (they sent a draft via email) which was full of errors. I also cancelled the delivery due to the price and said I would pick up the order the following day. The flowers arrived very early the next morning (a few hours before they said they'd be ready and without a chance to pick them up). The card was very basic and hand-written in Sharpie, full of spelling errors and with numerous errors (e.g. names of people I don't know). The flowers themselves were okay. I called numerous times to try to ask what happened, but they wouldn't pick up the phone. For $150, I expected better from the overall experience. I won't be ordering from the shop.

Update: About 7 months later, I received a couple of new charges on my credit card (in the middle of the night) from this florist. The original order was placed over the phone, so at best, they kept my original order information unsecured and made a mistake with another order. I'm not so sure. Buyer beware.

I’m so happy with my beautiful flowers and chocolates from my hubby thank you guys so much for helping make my day!! He wanted them delivered on my lunch break so I’d return to them and the timing was perfect according to my coworker the delivery person was nice and friendly GREAT JOB!

Ordered the flowers online. So disappointed in the bouquet that was sent to my sister for her 50th birthday. I spent $150 on the bouquet and another $50 for taxes and delivery. Maybe 6 actual flowers made it into the bouquet. And they tried to bolster the volume with an obnoxious amount of greens. Paltry display. I am over flower shops charging so much for so little. I can not recommend this shop at all. I should have had my niece buy store bought bouquets to the amount $75 and paid my niece the rest and it would have looked infinitely better for the price! Shameful!

Ordered my wife pink carnations for Valentine’s Day on February 12.
On February 14 they were not been delivered by noon. I called to inquire. Their voicemail was in Spanish, and I don’t speak Spanish.
No one ever returned my call.
At 5:00PM pink roses were delivered.
Not what I ordered and very late in the day.
Needless to say, will not be using them for any future flower purchase. Not very professional.
