Every year we come to Pleasant Hill Florist for our annual celebration. The flowers were beautiful. We asked for spring arrangements without lillies (allergen). They also worked with us on scheduling delivery to our facility. They came to us within the agreed on time. Once we order we never have to worry about receiving on time or if we will like them.

I had no idea what flowers I should pick to send condolences to a friend, but that wasn't a problem. The lead florist was very patient and informative, and she was able to help me craft a beautiful bouquet within a very short amount of time that was well under the price I'd expected to pay for a similar arrangement at other local shops. Also, this was a walk-in purchase, and I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes.
I also purchased a boutonniere and corsage for my prom from this florist over a decade ago, and I remember the exact same experience. I definitely recommend

I Placed an order with Pleasant Hill florist . I was informed they did not have enough yellow roses so they contracted it out to Brentwood florist. When the arrangement arrived It was totally different from the one that was displayed on their website. I had indicated no substitute. Brentwood florist claims Pleasant Hill said second choice was ok . Neither florist is taking ownership for the goof up. In the meantime, I’m out of $185 with an arrangement that is just average the arrangement that was displayed on the website had the wild factor very disappointed?

These guys are amazing! Put together a custom bouquet with 10 different flower types with less than 30 minutes notice.

My daughter was in a musical theatre performance and only immediate family could attend due to Covid. In lieu of their physical presence, each extended family member picked a specific flower in her bouquet to represent them. After two other florists were closed (despite saying they would be open when I called earlier that week), Pleasant Hill Florist came through and started putting the bouquet together over the phone while I raced over with only 30 min til show time.

Way overpriced and VERY lackluster product compared to just about every other florist I've ever been to. I specifically asked (twice) for a very bright and cheerful bouquet (and could see from the store that they had bright flowers and roses). What I got was a small bouquet for the $65 I paid, and barely any bright flowers, and a LOT of filler.

Ordered roses. 5 min drive home and 2 buds cracked off mid stem.... stems were bone dry. Down to 10.... 6 hrs later the wilt made me cry. Id hoped for a better morning presentation. Fast service though so 2 stars for customer service
