Walked in with a Sunburn Hat on, walked out with a brand new Planet 13 Hat. Manager said get that hat outta here and gave me a P13 hat to rep instead. Gotta love mornings like this. Can't recommend this store enough. Great staff and fantastic products.

The employees at Planet 13, especially Jessica, are as knowledgeable as they are incredibly helpful. I am always greeted with smiling faces when I enter the store, and any question I have they are able to answer and direct me to the product that will best suit my specific ailment. I cannot recommend Planet 13 enough!!

The budtenders at this location are seriously helpful and know their stuff. They don't try to push you into buying something because it's "cool" or "fun," but will make legit suggestions based on what works for PATIENTS - not fun. And they have the Tikun Olam strains highly known for being some of the only strains in the world medically tested and shown to work!
