I have ordered several times from Petals & Presents for a local hotel lobby, and their designs are always so beautiful! They have done modern arrangements and more traditional, to even some of our clients' weddings... you name it, they can do it! The customer service is top-notch as well. I wanted to send a get well, cheerful arrangement to a friend in Estero who breeds poodles. I like to send flowers from a florist near the recipient. I am at the other end of the state. Of course I googled & found Petals & Presents & was so impressed with the fabulous reviews & pictures. I called them & asked if they could make something for me that looked something like a poodle. I could not be happier with everything from beginning to end!!!!! They were friendly, efficient, cheerful, responsive & you didn't have to explain anything to them more than once. And fast, they are so fast! From the time I called them until the time my friend sent me pictures of the arrangement they delivered was only 2 & 1/2 hours! I am thrilled, my friend is thrilled! It was truly a pleasure doing business with Petals & Presents. A perfect arrangement!

What a great florist! Needed flowers for mom's funeral. Amanda spent 20 minutes discussing what we wanted and helping pick something that added to our memories of mom's life. Flowers lasted for the service on Sat through several gatherings in the next week and they were still beautiful when placed at the cemetery a week later. Service was well worth the price paid and we will use them again in the future. Thank you!

Traveled to the FMB area for a 30th birthday getaway for my wife and wanted to have an arrangement to surprise her at the hotel. I didn't realize the hotel was out of their delivery zone but they delivered anyway. The arrangement turned out absolutely beautifully. My wife loved the unique flowers and it really brightened up the room!
