We couldn't be more pleased! Honestly, this company goes above and beyond and really delivers! Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful and informative during our many phone calls researching the possibilities for our Pole barn, which we wanted as a Parking structure over an existing concrete pad. And, for the quality of product, the price was awesome!
Once we decided to go ahead with the project, Jeanne promptly started communicating next steps and expectations and kept us up to date along the way. Jessica came out to assess the location and offered some great advice and tweaks and made us feel very comfortable moving forward. They dealt with the engineering and County permitting processes, which was well worth it! Again, Jeanne kept us up to speed on the progress of permitting and installation. The crew that did the installation were extremely professional, courteous and hard working. They did a great job and got it all done in one day! The Pole barn looks absolutely amazing! It is very high quality and sturdy, not some dinky little carport! We will recommend them to any and everyone!

Patriot has completed two structures on our property. The first was an open air pole barn. The process was easy and quality of craftsmanship led my husband and I to go with Patriot for the second structure, an enclosed building with a lean-to, which is immaculate!

The front office put us at ease from the start. Honest and fair pricing. Great communication and response time for anything that needed to be addressed. The best was a timely completion and clean work site as well. I would recommend them to anyone - thank you!!

Patriot Pole Barns came through! Fast turnaround on the complete project! They were quick to respond to our request for an on-site evaluation and estimate? Patriot took care of the site prep, materials delivery, construction and final man-door and bay door installation! They kept the site clean and secured materials from the elements. Jessica was very easy to contact and followed up on any of our questions and concerns! She even came out after hours for a site visit to confirm quality workmanship!

Excellent small local company here in Brooksville. They do quality work. They’d be happy to sit down and talk with you and find out what’s best for you at their location in downtown Brooksville. They sell all size pole barns, and they install.

Once the county issued the permit, Patriot built my beautiful pole barn in a couple of days. Jeanne was extraordinarily helpful and full of information. The construction team was very friendly. I stopped going out to see how things were going because the conversations we got into took their time away from building. The pole barn is exactly what I specified and is doing its job of being a boatyard perfectly.
The one place that was not optimal was the permit application. Our county's IT system was hacked so they were doing all the permitting work on paper, which caused a several month delay in building. It wasn't Patriot's fault.
